Very good in what you do.

Great care is taken when you need it and always reliable. My present carer is always cheerful and very kind, always the same and goes out of her way at all times whether it is to post a letter or other needs.
I give praise for her for which she deserves.
I can depend on her and gives her all if you are having a bad day.

I cannot imagine how the service could be improved. All I can say is I don't feel that "all this" is "over the top".

Taken out twice a week for shopping, activities, etc.

My mother has someone once a week for an hour to hoover and clean. This is working extremely well and I am very pleased with the service provided. We have recently used the maintenance service which was extremely helpful. We were able to get a front door handle replaced quickly and efficiently, which meant my husband did not have to make an 80 mile trip to look at the problem.

Household cleaning and tidying I have been really impressed with Support In Hand. They are caring reliable and very professional.
I was quite nervous to allow a stranger into my home and to accept i need some help.
The lady that comes to me, Ann, is wonderful! She is caring and extremely thorough. She makes me feel at ease and does an excellent job. My house literally sparkles.

Cleaning and organizing in the house, that is needed. I am delighted with all the work Sarah does she is very kind and helpful and reliable.

Most efficient I do not need care at the moment but the services I receive are very good.

House cleaning. I find the staff, punctual, respectful and trustworthy . Their job is done with due care and they always willing to lend a hand if needed. It is a pleasure to have them tending to my home. They do a great job.

A support worker with car takes me for outings to garden centers,or assisted supermarket shopping. I could also use for appointments. Very satisfied. They discuss what I want to do and advise. I find the carer very positive and supportive. The carer knows the destinations and makes the most of my time.

Clean the bungalow out. She does it very well does a very good job.

The support I need is domestic at the moment as I am finding it increasing difficult to keep my home to a good clean standard. The help enables my required hygiene standards to be met. I find the staff who have delivered the service I need reliable, always pleasant and cheerful and very helpful.They can be flexible and obliging if my needs change. The company are very good at communicating and ensuring our contract is met. I feel that as my health deteriorates we will able to adjust the contract to meet changing needs as demonstrated when their company were employed to support a family member with several health issues.

Living at home. As well as the tasks above they developed a good relationship with dad and gently cared for his wellbeing. As I live several miles away, their help gave me great reassurance.

Clean carpets and floors by vacuum cleaner or mop. Dusting and polish as needed. Change bedding when necessary. Clean bathroom and kitchen. My current carer is Allison, who arrives on time. Her routine is thorogh-no skimping. I am very pleased with her work and a credit to her employers.

Conversation (safegarding)of Peter in his home. Peter is not able to respond to written information or telephone conversations. His power of attorney deals with major decisions and finance. He has appointed me to support Peter in attending medical appointments etc and day to day supervision of his needs. Support in hand have helped Peter 2hrs/week since August 2014. They have been prompt. Kind + considerate + flexible to Peter's needs most helpful BG presented.

Cooking, housework and shopping. My husband has had a serious stroke and as I am his 24 hours carer. I could not cope without the help of this excellent service. The staff are very caring, helpful and considerate and I would most certainly recommend the company to others needing a similar service.

I have a cleaner called Juliet who comes to my house every two weeks. During the two hours that she comes, Julie cleans the kitchen and bathroom floors and vacuums throughout she also generally dusts all over. The service provided by Helpinhand is very good and reliable. Juliet is an excellent cleaner and very personable.

They were excellent. Mum enjoyed their company and looked forward to their visits. I was always kept informed and the support workers knew my mum very well and cared for her. The company lets you know as soon as possible if their are any concerns.

Support in Hand provides many different levels of practical assistance for 5/6 of our more vulnerable residents or the sheltered scheme. I find the staff conscientious and considerate and have a very good working relationship with them.

The Service provided for me is a fortnightly cleaning of my house, doing whatever need’s doing. The service I have received to date has been excellent.
