I have used stoppest several times both at home and at my work place. It was suspected we had rats in the loft and stoppest came out the same day as called at the time promised and started investigating what was going on in the loft. My work place supports adults with learning difficulties and Reuben from Stoppest, included them in his discussion along with the support staff, to reassure them he would deal with the problem. He put both the individuals and staff at ease and this is something you don't normally see when professionals visit our place of work. Reuben made arrangements to return and was back when he said. Gave full update on the work he had done and left to do. Great service, cheaper then expected and a very nice gentleman. Would highly recommend Stoppest.co.uk

Wasp nest removal Excellent first rate service. I called late afternoon and they were here by teatime. Explained the service to be provided and checked area thoroughly. A business card & invoice provided. If there were any problems or reoccuring wasps i was told to just call. Next morn there were still a few pesky wasps who had found another point of entry-phoned first thing and they were back in early afternoon. Nothing was a problem. Very impressed-will definitely recommend & use again in future if needed. Thank you very much. Marianne
