I contacted RLS after my aging laptop had been hacked and needed assurance all was well. After checking the computer Dan contacted me and advised a new board could be installed but he felt the age of the laptop - over 5 years - it may not be worth it. I had been considering buying a new laptop and Dan suggested trying a refurbished one at a reasonable cost. I couldn't be happier with my 'new' computer and now realise just how slow my old one was. Thanks, Dan and the team for your help, courtesy and patience. I will be in touch shortly to take up your Home Plan Support.

I found this company on Trusted Trader and I am so pleased I did. They have provided an excellent home service to me, which was quick, professional, efficient and with very patient, polite staff, which was greatly appreciated. It was also very good value for money.

I have had a contract with RLS Computer Services for the past 13 years, and it has been worth its weight in gold. If I have had any problems with my PC, they have been attended to swiftly. Recently I had a succession of glitches, unrelated to each other, and Rob took great trouble to repair the faults, all under my contract, and to monitor the PC afterwards to ensure all was in order. I would definitely recommend anybody, either as a private individual or a business owner, to take out a contract with RLS Computer Services for all their 'techie' needs.

I have had a contract with RLS since 2010 and have always been pleased with the service. Recently, my computer had three (unrelated) glitches in consecutive weeks. Rob attended promptly, repaired the PC and explained what the problem(s) had been. Best of all, the majority of the costs s were covered by my contract. I would definitely recommend any individual or business to have a contract with RLS. They have saved me a lot of stress over the years.

I have been a happy customer for many years, using the home support plan to get help quickly for any problem. installed a new bigger solid state drive into my home laptop, excellent job, not as easy as it appeared to be at first. Several technical issues plus training. I have the bronze homeplan with RLS and for me it''s worth every penny. I have had to call Rob on several occasions and the response times have always been under 5 minutes. Rob''s wizardry on the computer is second to none, he also has the patience of a saint. I would recommend RLS to anyone who is looking for instant backup and support, great customer service 10 out of 10 from me.

A maintenance contract for keeping two computers healthy and in working order, and to solve as quickly as possible any problems that arise in daily usage. Using remote methods keeps costs down and speeds up solutions. Also to help organise and explain a switch in telephone and internet provider, smoothing out problems. I have been a customer of Rob Lucas and RLS Computers ever since we moved to Norfolk, about twenty years ago. My husband and I were both freelance writers, and the contract we both took offered a vital sense of security, knowing that if something went wrong, we would be up and running again very soon. Later we gradually retired, and recently my husband died, but I would never give up our home contract: it’s so comforting to know that I can seek help for even the most trivial, even silly, problems, as well as being impartially guided about hardware or internet service. We have never been let down, and came to regard Rob as a valued friend. I would recommend his company to anyone, whether for professional, commercial or domestic care.

The service provided was all I hoped for and the company was very helpful with answering any questions I had at the time and afterwards. We asked RLS to recover data from our damaged hard disc, and to quote to supply us with a new home PC, laptop & printer & scanner. No data could be recovered so no fee except postage. We did not accept the quote for new equipment, but the service & conversations were professional & informative.

Absolutely delighted with the service, attention and understanding of all at RLS. They have looked after me (and my machine) for about 10 years and never once have let me down.
