We have used Pro-Tech Solutions for a range of jobs over the past few years. Initially a repair to a door intercom unit, but subsequently the routine maintenance of our intruder alarm, and some data network cabling work as well.
Sam & Liam are always friendly and reliable, responsive to communication and they work well to find solutions rather than focusing on potential problems. They work respectfully and tidily, and their work doesn't disrupt our business operations at all.
It's always nice to find a provider you can rely upon to just do the right thing, and to do it well!
More than happy to recommend them, and will hopefully be making use of their services for a long time to come!

THE CLUB HAD A NEW CCTV SYSTEM SUPPLIED AND INSTALLED.
THEY WERE VERY HAPPY FOR US TO HAVE QUOTES FOR VARIOUS OPTIONS TO HELP US DECIDE WHAT SYSTEM WOULD SUIT US NOW AND WITH THE OPTION TO ADD FURTHER CAMERAS IN THE FUTURE AS OUR NEEDS CHANGE
ONCE DECIDED ON THE SYSTEM WE WOULD GO AHEAD WITH, THEY WERE PROMPT ON THE INSTALLATION AND ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION AND SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN PROMPT AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL

Pro-Tech solutions assisted us with the implementation of Alarm and Access Systems, as well as some Connectivity Solutions. The Team (and in particular Sam who was our main contact) were always helpful and prompt to respond to any questions or requests for help that we had.
Everything that was installed was handed over in a clear and understandable way so that we could manage things well ourselves.
We would definitely recommended Pro-Tech Solutions.

We would absolutely recommend Pro-tech solutions to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service. Both Liam and Sam have been excellent from the very beginning, knowledgeable and polite. They're expertise have made my job a lot easier and they have made a big difference to the way we track and monitor all of our fire safety procedures.
