Andy has been my plumber for several years. He does my annual boiler service, and has been called out a couple of times for emergency calls where a part on my boiler failed and needed replacing.

He has also fixed my toilet and the tap in my kitchen in other occasions.

I cannot recommend Andy highly enough. He is such a lovely chap, and never lets me down.

He also goes above and beyond in any emergency boiler situation to ensure you have continued heating.
On his last visit, an annual check of my boiler - Andy detected a problem with incoming gas pipe. He quickly reported it, got the gas people to come quickly, and didn’t leave until they arrived and he handed over. Turned out some gas valve had failed. And needed replacing.
In all his work, Andy is calm, thoughtful, and persists until the issue is solved.
You feeling very safe hands and I can strongly recommend him.

I needed a gas hob capped and made safe and the work was time sensitive. Premier Response lived up to their name and responded very quickly. The chap who did the work was courteous, professional and efficient, I couldn't ask for more.

This is the second time I have used Premier Response Group for my boiler service and the same excellent service and value for money. From initial call to completion of the work, I found them to be really friendly and professional. The service was carried out efficiently, with great care for my home and left meticulously clean. They gave me full and easy instructions and also gave me their time to answer questions I had about my shower. (They even liked my dogs and were so accommodating about never leaving the front door open etc - game changer for me!) I can really recommend them and will be using them again.

Following the breakdown of my boiler the team responded quickly. The engineer advised that I would need a replacement boiler and explained the whole process. Their pricing was very competitive and the engineer was very respectful of my home. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using this company going forward.
