Nigel came out promptly and was very knowledgeable .
He was both friendly and professional and put our minds at rest that he could sort our rat problem, he also offered follow up treatments and said we could contact him any time if we had any questions.
His charges were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend him.

Nigel was extremely knowledgeable and discreet about all areas of pest control because our issue was baffling and ultimately involved rats bringing fleas into the loft. With Nigel's expertise and prompt service, we were able to solve and subsequently treat the problem. We would highly recommend Nigel for all areas of pest control.

Advising on fly infestation Nigel was a brilliant source of advice, 15 minutes with him on the phone has sorted our fly problem permanently (hint, replace bulbs in your fly zappers at least once a year!)

Had evidence of rats in our shed and outside toilet. Nigel was friendly, professional, explained the best way to solve the problem. Everything was sorted out as expected.

Rats by the bird feeder in my garden and summer house. He gave me some good advice. I have removed all the birdseed. He has put rat boxes in the garden. He was very safety conscious.
