Had them landscape and clear my mums garden to make it safer for her and definitely more accessible, she loves it . It’s easier for her to maintain, she’s 91, and she loves gardening. They were very respectful when on site and did an amazing job, took onboard what we wanted and completed in good time and quicker than anticipated, very happy mum ?

We had a new bathroom, kitchen & flooring in conservatory. It was a huge project and not without a few challenging issues.
Paul is a very hard-working, likeable, caring and professional individual who treated our projects as if they were his own. He went above and beyond to ensure that all was completed to a high standard and that we were entirely happy with everything.
We absolutely love it all and would without doubt recommend Paul 100%

Had a few jobs that needed doing around the house. Paul was brilliant, knowledgeable and did a clean and tidy job, kept us updated on timescales and communication etc. would highly recommend.

Had a polycarbonate carport roof reinstalled which had come off in the January storms. Despite there being potential problems with the installation these matters were overcome and the installation is better then ever, and is not going anywhere soon, with the additional fixings, and has been proven with the high winds recently experienced.
This is my 3rd time using PM Services Norfolk and I would not hesitate in using them again in the future.

Paul came to our supported living site to improve our communal garden. He made two large planters. His workmanship was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and he interacted very well with our residents. We have booked him again to lay a gravel pathway and put garden some wooden garden furniture together. Paul is punctual, tidies up well and a pleasure to deal with. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We had a kitchen semi-makeover. Paul and Michael fitted new kitchen worktops around existing kitchen sink and appliances. Whole new waste bin unit supplied and fitted. Upstand and other details made good too. Paul was very flexible and adaptable as we kept moving the goalposts! Returned to refine a couple of finishing touches at our request.

The job required additions to my existing kitchen , this was not straight forward but was tackled and turned out really good and exceeded my expectations. Each step was discussed and agreed leaving the finished result looking like it had always been there.

We cannot recommend Paul (& Michael) highly enough. So professional and so friendly and ultimately very trusting. From the first time we met Paul who inspected and surveyed our bathroom 6 months prior, we knew we didn't want anyone else to do the job and were happy to wait for him. Paul also made us think outside the box and made suggestions and recommendations. We ended up with something completely different, but it's so much more high end, but still in scope and our budget.
He takes pride in the quality of his work, striving for nothing less than he'd want in his own home. His after care service has impeccable sorting out all negotiations with the supplier of the hardware, and always on our side when things went wrong. Paul, you are a superstar and we thank you so much for the finish of our new shower room. We are more than delighted ??

PM Services built a new coffee lounge area to replace the old wooden bar at Cawston Village Hall - almost a full kitchen but without any cooking facilities. The company was a pleasure to deal with from the quotation stage all the way through to the job being completed. Professional, courteous, helpful, efficient and offering expert solutions to any difficulties that cropped up during the build. Would highly recommend this company.

Paul and Michael did our en suite and main bathroom back to back and we are so pleased with the result. Throughout the project their communication was excellent, when decisions had to be made they explained the options fully and advised what they would do if it was their house. They were always polite and made a fuss of our dog every morning because he always had to say hello before they could start work. Although they were more competitively priced than some other companies, there was no compromise on quality and it was clear that they really took pride in their work even if they had to take a bit longer doing it. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Paul, Michael and their team fitted my kitchen.
We had opened up 2 rooms into one which left bare brick walls, radiators to be moved, floor to be levelled and laid etc.
They plastered the walls and ceiling, fitted the kitchen, laid the floor, fitted new skirting, sorted the plumbing... basically everything, it was a big job.
Nothing was too much trouble and the workmanship is superb. I cannot rate these guys highly enough.

Complete kitchen re-fit - Paul and Michael were amazing from the start. Paul came and spent a long time with us from the start discussing what we wanted and made some very good recommendations which we hadn't thought of ourselves. They were very patient with us when we altered things. They arrived on time, worked like trojans throughout the days with us, having to be told to have a tea break! As always with these types of jobs, challenges pop up. There were issues with one of our internal walls and this was dealt with promptly by Paul. To have tradespeople in your home that you trust is a huge ask and we felt extremely comfortable in leaving both of them alone whilst we were at work. Everything was discussed with us throughout. PM Services are wholeheartedly a company that I would not hesitate in recommending to anyone. They were polite, cleaned up after themselves, worked incredibly hard, arrived on time and the dog loved them!!
We have booked them in again for January 25 to have the bathroom done. Hoping to get it done sooner but these guys are busy but definitely worth waiting for

Paul and Michael were a pleasure to work with - reliable and thorough. We had our kitchen and dining room renovated. The project was a bit bigger than a standard refit - took down the dividing wall to create an open kitchen diner, electrics re-routed, a radiator removed in addition to a completely new layout for the kitchen cabinets and appliances. When quirky aspects came up during the install phase, they had the experience to know how to make bespoke adjustments to create a very professional finish. They were great communicators in keeping us updated on every step and kept pretty much to the estimated timeframe barring some small delays due to product delivery issues. Their attention to detail and thoughtful approach to this project has made our new kitchen diner feel very home-y and spacious!
