Is these a guarantee with my blind?

The man measuring up 2nd the fitter both turned up during the agreed time slots.The fitter offered to remove his shoes, which was considerate. Both guys friendly and professional.

Conservatory roof blinds. I am very satisfied with the blinds and with the installation process. I found all contact with the company very easy. I have found the blind operating handle slightly too long to use as it catches on the furniture as the blind is drawn across the roof. I think this is because I'm not very tall to control it.
