You may not get quite as much rent as if you managed it yourself but its so easy, hassle free and you don''t ever have to worry about covering the mortgage.

2 bed purpose built flat in an established residential estate in Norwich. Although I did not take the tenant found by Northwood I was very happy with the level of service they gave, they were very helpful and proactive. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.
