Vantastic helped us move home within the same town (Wells). We went for the optional packing service two days before the move which was completed in around 2 hours.

On the day of the move the boys rocked up at 9 am and were away by around midday. We got the OK to collect the keys to move into the new place at 1pm and the boys were on the drive when we got there. Everything was safely unloaded and put in the right place and they were on their way by about 4:15 pm.

We were impressed with all aspects of their work. Communications were excellent throughout and the care and attention given to our furniture and equipment was first class. They even helped unload heavy items we had brought along separately in a trailer that were not part of the move.

All of the staff were really friendly and took away the stress of moving. Couldn't have done it without them and we would thoroughly recommend their services.

Removal within Norfolk.

Adrian came and quoted for our house move within Norfolk. The estimate was in our minds such a good price.
Helped us to plan our actual move date around his availability.
His team of seven men and five vans did a fantastic job and even moved all our garden items which took up a whole van.
The move started at 8pm and finished at 5.30pm and it really was stress free.
No one item damaged and we had lots of fragile items.
Such fantastic service and great price for the job.

Used Vantastic moving services to move from Norfolk back to Herts, this was done in two stages with my household stuff being held in storage. Moved us from London to Norfolk and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Adrian was prompt when responding to my initial enquiry, kept me updated, answered all my stupid questions and arrived on collection and drop off days as agreed, giving me ETAs on their early morning drive to London. They guys had to deal with parking restrictions in both locations as well as a spiral staircase at the new house and took this in their stride. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

I moved from Norfolk to Scotland last month and the service i received was exceptional, Adrian and his team are 100% efficient and caring. They took care of every step of my move, I also opted for the full packing service and everything turned up in perfect condition.

Downsizing from 4 bed house to very small bungalow. Had lots of boxes. Some rooms with awkward access for furniture removal. The team were professional but friendly and were very supportive to us helping as much as they possibly could. Nothing was too much trouble and I would not hesitate to recommend them highly to anyone else. A brilliant team.

In addition to the normal household furniture the team had an enormous amount of garden plants in containers to move. Adrian and his rear arrived on time and were so well organized, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble.
It was a long day but they didn't flag and were so positive and really worked hard to make sure everything was on we worked. How they range to do this everyday is amazing.

Moving 25 miles. Archway was very tricky so they did a reccy and made a plan for extra manpower.

Lutan low loader (1200 KG max) The quality of the work today, by Norfolk's Vantastic Movers team (Paddy and Nick) was faultless. They were fast, friendly, efficient, approachable, and very courteous.

* Getting furniture down narrow stairs The team were able to fit me into their schedule within a week which really helped me as my previous movers fell through. They were able to use my previous assessment to give me a quote. They were friendly and efficient taking less time than they had estimated. They managed to get all of my furniture down the stairs and out the door without having to dismantle anything. Everything was delivered on time and in exactly the same condition. Vantastic did a great job and I appreciate their work.

Removal from Harrow to Norfolk I had the pleasure of moving recently with vantastic and I can honestly say the whole process was a delight, Paddy and Matt provided an excellent service being sure to protect every inch of my furniture, Adrian in the office assured me it would all be in safe hands and he was not wrong.

Matt and Paddy loaded the Van efficiently and carefully, something I noted was there was a number of items that were antique and Paddy took the time to document pre existing damage before wrapping them for transport

Every single item arrived at my house the following day and was placed exactly where I required it, the boys even offered to help me dispose of a few items that didn''t fit where I had intended.

From 3-bed bungalow with steep drive (not accessible with van) to 3-bed 2-storey old property. 2-doors up the road. Easy access but tight turns up staircases and into rooms. Vantastic were excellent from start to finish. Adrian communicated well in the early stages, kept me well informed, did what he said he would do. I am very pleased to be able to recommend his services. His staff were equally good, on time, worked hard, with care, and pleasant throughout they did everything that I asked of them willingly. Removal of writer''s working library and furniture to storage... Vantastic were recommended to me by a friend who told me how good they were. I have collected a very large library and was dreading packing it before moving. Adrian at Vantastic reassured me that he and his team could do the job in three days, packing the contents of my flat and moving it from London to Suffolk. I was nervous about the scale of the task but needn''t have worried as they worked a miracle within the limited space of my property. And Adrian led me through every step of the process, from sourcing good quality packing boxes to putting me in touch with an insurer. Adrian and Steve worked at speed but took great care of my books, CDs and DVDs, sending me regular video and voicemail updates via Whatsapp. They used a 40-foot truck for the books to be totally safe on the journey and a 25-foot van to take my furniture to the storage depot. I have the pleasure of working with experienced professionals in my work and can say without question that Vantastic are up there with the best. I''m delighted that my friend recommended them!

Moving from Fakenham to Walsingham Adrian and his team are hands down the best firm we have ever moved with, we have moved 7 times in the last 10 years and from the initial quote all the way through to completion of the move we were reassured that our move was in safe hands.

I was initially impressed with the one point of contact, leading up to the move we were given Adrian''s personal mobile number and were able to WhatsApp him at anytime with any questions we had, it was especially useful to be able to send him photos of items we had questions about.

On the day the 3 lads that turned up to complete my move Paddy, Steve and Adrian were impeccable, nothing was too much trouble. We had an awkward staircase at the new home and like a flash paddy had his tool kit out, removed the bannister and fit a chest of drawers up a set of stairs, it almost defied the laws of physics!

We used you for a our house move last year. Communication was very good. Adrian is very knowledgeable and suggested ideas for an easier move. Our belongings were all cared for with protective quilted covers on breakables etc. Carpets were covered with blankets (it was a wet damp day) this was great as it protected our new carpets while people walked in and out. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble at all. They moved furniture to places/rooms I requested. Would recommend this company and use again *****

Standard House move with furniture assembling 5* service. From the day Adrian came to give us a quote and took us through the options, efficient and quick responses on emails and adaptable on the dates after receiving late confirmation on the moving date in the run up to Christmas it was stressful enough moving at this time.
On the day, they arrived promptly and packed everything up safely into their van and at the house were quick on the offload and even able to fix up the big furniture so we didn’t have to locate our tools!

A move from a bungalow in Norfolk to a house in Norfolk including the complete contents of a workshop/small business. I contacted Vantastic via a recommendation that I had been given. I spoke to Adrian and explained the intricacies involved with moving my belongings. He was very reassuring and confident and was quick to put me at ease. After an initial consultation we agreed a price and a date. Contracts were provided for me to check and sign and a small deposit was paid. On moving day Adrian and his team were very professional and certainly paid particular attention to wrapping, packing and moving my property safety. They even put floor coverings down to protect the carpet. I had an excellent experience with this firm and will definitely use them again on my next move.
