Norfolk Tanks installed a new domestic heating oil tank and concrete base for me as the old tank needed replacing. They carried out the site survey within a couple of hours of my phoning for a quote. I'd asked for a 2,500 litre tank but then decided an 1,800 would be fine - changing the order was no problem. They installed the new tank within 10 days of my placing the original order, despite it being one of their busiest times of the year (the run-up to Christmas). The installation team were well-organised, polite/cheery, clean/tidy and communicated brilliantly on the day to ensure that I was happy with the work done. Highly recommended.

Norfolk Tanks replaced our existing oil tank - and they were brilliant from start to finish. I called the office to explain what we needed and a site surveyor visited the next day to check feasibility and discuss best options. It was all explained very clearly and we felt very confident about the whole process. Price was competitive too. We only had to wait about three weeks before the two-man team arrived to replace the tank. Again, everything was explained and we knew exactly what was going to happen - very quick, very professional and efficient. The team made sure our boiler and Rayburn cooker were working perfectly before they departed, and the site was left clean and tidy. Excellent service, would highly recommend. Many thanks.

The guys did a fantastic job in removing a decommissioned 2,700l single skin steel oil tank. They had an excellent "can do" attitude with this challenging job due to it's position in a tight space in an outbuilding. The job was competitively priced and was carried out efficiently by a professional and friendly team - I would highly recommend Norfolk Tanks.

Exellent overall service on site and from the office.But there were issues over conversation regarding payment. The fact that I paid for the work promptly by cheque resulted in my getting repeated reminders although I had paid simply because cheques were not being banked promptly. Not my fault.

I had the oil tank replaced at my property in November 2024. I chose Norfolk Tanks because I had spoken to Adrian at length about an issue with the tank several months beforehand. He gave me free, friendly advice and I knew he was someone I could trust. When it became obvious that a replacement tank was required, Norfolk Tanks was the first company I contacted. Their communication, service and efficiency was second to none. I thoroughly recommend them.

A quality service from the first enquiry to the finished installation. Norfolk Tanks responded promptly with a an on site survey which lead to a competitive quotation. The work was carried out on the agreed day, to replace the existing oil tank (emptying and refilling nearly 1000 litres of existing heating oil) in just a few hours. I would happily recommend to friends and family.

The old metal tank and brick pillars were removed. The oil taken out and stored.
New paving was cut and laid and the new double skin tank added and oil returned, less the water.
The team worked hard and were conscientious of their work. I was pleased with the result.

A shock when the oil delivery driver condemns your tank but the relief when Norfolk Tanks were there the same day to survey the site and quote for a new tank. Quote accepted and tank fitted with no inconvenience the following day.

I needed my oil tank replacing as the old one was filling with rain water. As I was without heat and hot water, Norfolk Tanks arranged to fit me a new tank the very next day, which included a new base. What better level of service could you ask for?

After sending one email late at night, Norfolk tanks came out at 6am to inspect and temp fix the issue whilst they put a few options to me as a permanent solution. Once I chose the option I preferred they were out within the hour and drained my old tank, removed it, fitted a brand new tank and refilled it. Paper work done and emailed to me before I was off of the beach for lunch.
Simply the best service I have ever received. Not sure how you could beat that?

Having obtained quotes from three local companies, Norfolk Tanks' price was competitive but what made the difference was the approach taken in terms of identifying potential issues with laying new pipework and also tank recommendations to fit the space. Rik's approach was constructive and thorough, with good suggestions to make the job as neat as possible which I took up.
The installation went as well as I had hoped it would with all work completed efficiently and cleanly. Oil was transferred from tank to tank quickly after having been inspected for water, the old tank removed and the area of work tidied up on completion.
Based on the service I received, I would have no hesitation in recommending Norfolk Tanks.

My central heating/hot water oil storage tank was condemned and my oil supplier recommended me to Norfolk Tanks to quote for its replacement. Throughout the process of inspecting my old tank and its ground base in my garden, recommending a replacement, removing my old tank and supplying and fitting a new one, the representatives of the company provided a splendid customer service and one that was to time, spec and quoted cost. I am most impressed and I will certainly use them again should a need arise.
