Jack did me a quote, in detail, including lots of useful advice for me which helped me clarify what I actually needed. And asked me detailed questions about what I wanted. Then I chose him from the other people who'd quoted me. Subsequently he tiled my bathroom walls, and also a large splashback area on the downstairs cloakroom wall. He did really very good work, and was completely thorough, doing full tanking and later sealing etc. He was reliable, coming every day he'd said, and following through on all promises. He worked long hours and did exactly what he said he'd do - and more, eg picking up tiles/parts which I'd said I'd do but found difficult for practical reasons. He went the extra mile in helpfulness. I found him to be reliable, and friendly, while remaining very professional. He stuck to the quoted price which was a fair and good price. All around I was grateful that I'd found him, and would definitely recommend him to everyone looking for a good job from a professional and reliable, trustworthy man at a good price. I do not recommend people lightly.

We are really pleased with the work Norfolk Premier Tiling and Plastering did for us. We had an old ceiling taken down and batons and plasterboard put up and skimmed. Jack was very professional and considerate and did an excellent job of clearing up after himself. We would have no qualms about using his services again.

I found Jack to be polite and reliable. I thought the price he quoted for skimming two walls, one with a large window and door, a fair price for the work. I was happy with the work. I would use him again.

Jack came out to make good a wall that had been damaged by our work tracing a leak. He was able to come out quickly to give advice on the work and a quote, and then worked with us to find a date that meant he fit within visits from other trades.
