Great team, absolute heroes, they really came to the rescue after I'd been mucked about by previous companies. My warm-roof conservatory leaked and I couldn't find anyone willing or capable of sorting the problem, which seemed to be coming from a really tricky area where one roof butted onto another structure. It wasn't a big job, but not a straightforward fix either. The damp was getting worse and I was getting really stressed and didn't know who to turn to.
Norfolk Exterior Solutions had great reviews so I thought I'd speak to them. Jordann came out and we discussed the likely cause of the problem, he spent a bit of time working out the best course of action, then got back to me with a reasonable quote which covered all the potential issues. When I was ready to go ahead with the work Martin came out for a final survey and again I felt reassured that these guys knew what they were doing. They fitted me in quickly, Josh and Nathan turned up on the dot and got straight to work figuring out what the problem was. The guys kept me updated with what they found and showed me photos of the work they did before it was re-tiled. Very neat and tidy workers. It turned out that they didn't need to do everything on the quote so Sophie from the office got back to me with an adjusted price.
Everyone was polite, professional, and efficient, with a positive attitude. Willing to get stuck in and do whatever necessary to achieve the right result for an honest price. Because the company deals with everything from traditional building and roofing to conservatories and warm-roof systems they were the perfect choice for me. No more leaks! The firm were professional from Surveyor ( Martin) advice , estimate , through to installer . The door was supplied and fixed
within the time scale and post teething problems dealt with expeditiously
on request . The invoice was the sum originally as agreed and quality of work excellent . From Reception ( Sophie ) and the experienced fitter ( Damien ) both were friendly , efficient , and skilled . We will certainly use this firm again , should the need arise .

We had been looking for a company to re-roof our dormers for a couple of years but our requirement for a decorative cornice seemed to put people off. We were told about Norfolk Exterior Solutions by another tradesman and from the start they took our requirement seriously and made sure we got what we wanted. We asked them to replace all doors and windows, sort out the fascias and gutters and the additional cladding at the same time. The front of the house has been transformed and looks amazing.

Throughout the process we were kept fully informed and everything happened when we expected.

They will be the first number we call when we need anything else done to the house.

My 53 year old house roof was leaking. I was recommended Norfolk Exterior Solutions. Jordan came over and inspected the roof the same day I contacted him. I received a quote for the necessary work very promptly. After accepting the quote the work was organised and carried out within 7 or 8 weeks. Sliding Patio doors in sunlounge. Cannot praise this company enough; everyone we have liaised with has been so helpful and efficient from first meeting to discuss what we needed done to the actual work being carried out. The new doors look amazing and match our existing hardwood sunlounge exactly in colour. Any queries we had along the way were answered quickly and work carried out within the time span given to us, so no delays.
Price was reasonable too, which was an added bonus!

We recently contracted with Norfolk Exterior Solutions to replace our front door with a composite and back door with new UPVC. From start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with. Jordann is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and had a good understanding of exactly what we wanted. Installation day, the team of fitters turned up on site and completed the works in a very timely fashion and have left us with 2 beautifully installed doors. No mess, no make good of surrounding areas and they took all the old doors, frames and packaging away with them. We would personally recommend Norfolk Exterior Solutions. Great job at a great price. I have had a flat garage roof replaced, it was well in need of replacement and Norfolk Exterior Solutions have done a fine job. They were very prompt in visiting us to give us a quotatation which we were very happy with.
