nbk completely redesigned our kitchen. Their design service offered us some excellent ideas to make the most of the space available and we are very happy with the outcome. The installation team were lovely and carried out their various tasks in an exemplary way. We had asked for various bespoke items and these were built to a high standard and make all the difference to our kitchen. We had previously contracted nbk to redesign our bathrooms and knew that they provided a complete service from design to installation, plastering and decorating. A new kitchen is a big expense but we felt confident that we would receive an excellent service from nbk.

We needed to have both a complete bathroom renovation and an extension to our property. The job was not as simple as we first thought it would be, due to drains having to be moved and extra structural support being required. Several companies we approached shied away from the work due to its complexity.

Our kitchen has recently been replaced by NBK and from start to finish it was handled with professionalism, positivity and expertise. From the planning and preparation to the end, the detail was paramount in order for us to have the kitchen we wanted.
It was not a straightforward job but our fitter, Ashley, handled it superbly, ironing out any difficulties with ease.
Each member of Staff we dealt with through the Diss branch was able to deal with any queries and always in a friendly and pleasant way.

We are thrilled with the renovation of our old outdated bathroom into a shower room. The room was completely re-designed and a lot of changes were required to the existing layout. We had a particular shower tray in mind and Gareth came to do a survey to make sure that this would be possible. We would like to thank all the NBK team for their professional and friendly approach, it was a pleasure to deal with them. A special mention goes to our designer Tony, fitter Lee and project manager Ryan (who swiftly dealt with a few issue we encountered on the way with some products). We would have no hesitation in recommending NBK who go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. They may be slightly more expensive, but it’s definitely worth paying the extra for their attention to detail and the excellent quality of their work. Everything went smoothly and to budget.

My wife and I chose NBK to do two bathrooms in our house. A family bathroom, and the master en-suite. It was our first large project for our small home, and we were nervous! We chose NBK after taking several quotes, much agonising and a few meetings with the team in the Norwich showroom and at our home. Our project was a complete refit from the studs including moving walls, new electrics and redesigned plumbing.

We could not be happier.

From the initial meetings with James and Megan, through James’ survey, Ryan’s site visit, and finally Dan’s installation we have been thoroughly impressed. The organisation and process has been slick and professional. Our requirements for the rooms have been completely worked into the design and the result is stunning, far more than we expected. The team are quietly and obviously exceptional. I’m sure we have had far more design meetings than expected, and James and Megan especially should get extra qualifications in marriage counselling. Our design included a basin and stand which we sourced ourselves, and the NBK team even went as far as to draw it for the CAD design so we could see how it looked during the design process. Installing a product they did not supply didn’t even raise an eyebrow.

Dan’s professionalism and expertise were very much evident throughout the install, which was on time and efficient. We’ve never appreciated the obsessive tile layout and design so much! We have two dogs, and the team happily worked around them and our shift work. Dan even made sure the dogs had toilet breaks when we were working nights. We have been included in all decisions and updated throughout the process. The back-office team is responsive and the project management from Ryan and Millie has been second to none. A couple of items from the initial specification weren’t required and without question were removed from the final bill. Even Blake’s post project clean up was precise and efficient, our home was tidier when you left than when you arrived!

We are thrilled with our new bathrooms. We have enjoyed the entire process. The value for money far exceeds cheaper suppliers and NBK’s experience is truly the difference. Though the guarantee is reassuring, given the expertise on evidence throughout the project I am sure it will not be required. We can’t thank you guys enough. In summary, 11 out of 10, we wholeheartedly recommend, and we will be back for future projects.

NBK have carried out two projects. The first was a complete renovation of our kitchen and the second was changing our shower room to a wet room.
We are totally happy with both finished products. The whole process was inclusive from original design through the installation and on handover.
The fitters were very professional throughout and talked us through any changes that might have proved necessary.
The fitters tidied up at the end of each workday and the site left clean and all rubbish removed.

This is the second time we have used NBK, and can only praise again the quality of the workmanship and the standard of the fittings used.

We have just had our bathroom refitted by NBK and from start to finish I have found them brilliant to work with.
I chose them over other bathroom installers in the area because they gave me confidence in the way that they created a digital design of the bathroom with me beforehand, as well as their friendly and professional manner.
The installation was very fast and straightforward, with no mess left and friendly contractors.

We had a bathroom refit, including new bath and panelling, w.c. flush+housing, shower unit; including adjusting its height from the floor and the demolition of a wall; re-plastering of ceiling and walls, plus re-tiling of part of the walls and new flooring.
From the moment we first consulted them, we felt there was a rapport and that they were listening to us. When the work began, we were impressed by the thoroughness of all the contractors, but most especially with Richard, the principle fitter, who was throughout reliable, professional and suitably cautious given the age of our property and the problems this threw up.

We have now used NBK 3 times to all our kitchen and bathroom upgrades. We have been very impressed with the quality of design and workmanship. From the design staff to fitters and support staff everyone kept us fully informed with nothing being too much trouble, plus being totally flexible to change requests. We highly recommend NBK and thank you to all the team.

Shower Room

From design to finish, this was a good experience. We are delighted with the service provided, the quality of the work undertaken and the customer service provided. They weren't the cheapest quote we had but the fact that all the trades were well experienced and are part of the company (subcontractors are not used) was reassuring and worthwhile. The quality of the fittings and fixtures is first rate. The design choices and advice given at all stages proved sound and we now have a fabulous shower room!

Complete kitchen/dining room refurbishment.
Customer is king with this company. Not wishing to project manage, we put our faith and budget into the hands of NBK. Best decision we could have made. The whole team from Tony (design) and Meghan to Ryan our project manager, Millie Installations Manager and the fantastic guys who installed our lovely kitchen and matching dining room units - all are professional, skilled and totally reliable.
It takes a special sort of company to deliver this degree of customer satisfaction.
Our property still requires further refurbishment - we will not be looking elsewhere.

We used NBK (Norwich Bathrooms and Kitchens) to supply and install a new kitchen at our Mulbarton home.

Before placing an order we had three or four meetings with the Design Team to ensure we had everything correct. At no time were we put under pressure during this consultation period. The team were patient and helped to ensure we obtained the result we wanted.

Just before an order was placed a site meeting was held with the Project Team to check designs and agree sighting of electric sockets etc.

The order was placed and installation date agreed with an expected installation period, this was exceeded by two days because of Installation Team illness and injury. However their communication was excellent and we were never left not knowing what was happening.

We cannot give enough positive feedback to this company and their operatives. All members of the company from Director to Labourer were friendly, respectful and a pleasure to deal with.

NBK will never be the cheapest, but if you want that you should look elsewhere. If you want something special, deal with a team who care and have a value for money product, then you do need to speak with these guys.

We have used NBK a few times, 3 beautiful bathrooms and a range of small jobs. They are professional, friendly, responsive, their aftercare is unrivalled and more than once helped us significantly with incidents not related to their usual business of kitchens and bathrooms. They say you get what you pay for and certainly do with NBK, outstanding.

We used NBK for refurbishing two bathrooms and were impressed by their service. From our first contact in the Norwich showroom with Stuart and then with James for planning and choosing the kit, the process was clear and advice helpful. The installation team (Lee H., Richard, Stu the plasterer, Jake the electrician & Ryan project manager) were all very professional and tidied up at the end of each day. Communication throughout was excellent and we particularly appreciated efforts to recycle unwanted materials. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NBK to others.

Complete new kitchen.
Made extremely welcome at the Diss show room. Following days, we were visited by the Team to give new ideas and sufficiency of new kitchen, and were happy to go ahead. Back to Diss show room to see illustrations and ideas to enhance with wall tiles; work tops and floor covering.
Date was given for start and effectively was within that week.
Old kitchen removed on first day, with part electrical work done to make way for new kitchen to be fitted.
All work carried out efficiently and made tidy by the end of each day.

We recently decided to replace a conventional bath and overhead shower with a walk-in shower. Having heard a couple of good reports of NBK, we visited the showroom at Heigham Road and subsequently arranged for a site visit to explore options.

We found the staff to be pleasant and professional and soon decided to place the work with them. We do not regret the decision. The bathroom concerned was in an old building and was irregularly shaped and there were inevitably some to-ing and fro-ing before the final specification was arrived at. The NBK staff were constructive throughout.

When it came to installation, the fitter (Lee) was prompt, tidy, skilled and very hard-working. We were kept informed of the cost implications of changes and the project was completed ahead of time.

All the NBK staff we encountered were polite and efficient and we would not hesitate to engage the firm again if another similar project arises.

Expert service from our first visit to the showroom all through to the courtesy call a couple of weeks after completion just to make sure everything was ok.
The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and our fitter Lee was just the best.

Having had previous experience of NBK services we knew this was a first ( and only ) port of call for these projects. This company puts the customer right at the heart of the whole process and because they manage it from start to finish they create a solid basis for confidence in their business. We used NBK to plan and install a new kitchen. Because we were not living in the property, and were not close at hand, we needed a company we could trust and that would contact us if any issues arose. NBK certainly delivered on this. The planning phase was a combination of site meetings and visits to NBK’s well presented showroom, handily situated (with parking) close to the centre of Norwich. As we had a blank canvas, we appreciated the ideas NBK came up with. Installation went very smoothly. Any issues arising were resolved with a quick phone call. Overall, NBK were great to deal with and I do not hesitate to recommend them.

We have had a bathroom, shower room and a full kitchen refurbishment. NBK are an exceptional company. Yes, they are a bit more expensive but you get the complete service from the assistance in the showroom, designing your dream bathroom or kitchen to the project managers and fitters. Everyone is professional, friendly and very hardworking. You know that they are dedicated to give the customer an extremely high standard of service.
You also get peace of mind using NBK too, everything is in house so you have the knowledge that they will rectify any problem and nothing is too much trouble. Someone is always there to help and advise even when the installation is complete.
I'm just sad that I have no more installations for them to do. If I did, I would not hesitate to use NBK again.
