Ben was prompt in responding to my online enquiry and booking a time to quote for a loft ladder and new hatch. He was thorough in explaining all the options and what each would entail, providing a quote instantly that competitively beat 2 other local quotes we had had. The work was then scheduled at a convenient time, and was not long to wait.
The fitters were respectful, helpful, quick & left no mess at all and the end result is exactly what we had hoped for. Very happy and would highly recommend.

We are really pleased with our new installation. We had a new hatch, loft ladder, boarding and lights put in. From start to finish the communication has been great and Josh and Connor were great on the day; friendly, efficient and very hard working. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from quote to job completion.

After making an enquiry through the website. Ben’s team made contact to book on the free evaluation and sizing of the loft. Ben comes round within two days. On arrival very pleasant and knows his stuff with lofts and what options I would have available to me. He done a full measurement. Gave me a quote on the spot which was within my price range. We then found a date in the calendar that worked for me to get his team in for the work. His team arrived and were very polite. Made sure the carpets and everything was covered so all the work wouldn’t leave a mess on the carpets. The guys worked very efficiently even with the bad weather outside causing the loft to be extremely cold. Ben came along to sort the electrical install for the two LED lights being fitted as part of my package. The entire loft is now usable for storage which is what I needed. Great work by Ben and his team and I’m grateful for how quick everything has been done.

From the initial contact with Ben he was very professional. We told him what we wanted , he advised us on what was best for our needs . He measured etc and left us a quote before leaving . There was no pressure at anytime to give him the work which to us is very important . We accepted the quote later that day and a fitting date was arranged . We had a couple of timely reminders and his team arrived on time . The 3 guys were very efficient and professional in getting the works done .
