Sam was punctual, he kept me updated and was a pleasant person to have in the house. He did a quality job refurbishing our kitchen.

Sam carried out a mixture of joinery work including replacing skirting boards, battens for curtain rails, closing up a door space, enlarging a loft hatch and installing a ladder and alterations to make a hall cupboard. The hall cupboard was a challenging job due to old concrete and redundant pipe work in situ.
I was very pleased with all work done.
Sam was very happy to work along side other trades and fit in with them as able which helped enormously.
Sam is good at explaining what work needs to be done in order to achieve what is required.
Sam always arrived on the days we had agreed and completed the work planned.

Removal of stair bulk box in our spare room. This was a quite an urgent job we needed doing before our plasterer came out and Sam was able to quote and get us booked in really quickly. He carried out the work exactly as explained and we would definitely reach out to Sam again!

From full refurbishment to locks being changed.

Sam always turned up on time, was very easy to talk too and took pride in his work.

Vaulting of bedroom ceilings, strengthening of roof trusses, some internal wall repositioning, make good and decorating. Downstairs knocking through, relaying wooden floors, hearth refurbishment, making good and decorating. Re-felting and channelling of part of roof.

Worked professionally with building regs people and managed all aspects of the work. Standard of finished job very high and above expectations and was very tidy - areas being worked on left clear at end of each day. Kept within agreed budget and any proposed overspends agreed upfront. Came in on time too.
