We've had MCT do various electrical work for us, from adding new sockets, laying ethernet, adding power to our garage, replacing lights, and chasing in cables.

Matt and his team are always friendly and courteous and take on all the tasks in exactly the way we want. Our house is an older period house, and consequently, they often find unusual things when they look under the floorboards, but they've always managed to solve every issue for us within the time they originally said, and have always come in at exactly the price quoted. We've never had any hidden costs or unexpected issues.

We've been particularly pleased by how well they clean up and how carefully they take up and re-lay floorboards . We'd heartily recommend them to anyone looking for any electrical work.

We had various smaller jobs that needed doing around the house which some traders had said were too small. MCT replied to us very quickly after our initial email and came to assess soon after (having experienced several traders ignoring all our contact this was very much appreciated). Nothing was a problem and Matt listened as I explained the different things. We were able to book in the work soon and we had several sockets replaced, a light fitting sorted out, an oudoor socket replaced and the electrics in our loft investigated. Everything was completed and we were kept updated by the employee at all times who was very friendly. The new sockets are great and make a massive difference as does the fixed light socket and knowing the loft electrics are in a good state. No unnecessary work was suggested and MCT were prompt in all aspects of the work. Will definitely use again. Thanks Matt and MCT.

Matt and Owen fixed an oscillating fan and 3 hand driers for us. They were brilliant. The work was done efficiently and they worked round our busy cafe and customers. Very professional and work completed well. We would highly recommend them again.

I had a couple of new double sockets installed as well as two pendant lights changed to 8x spotlights. From start to finish, the service I received was faultless.
A small problem was encountered when drilling the holes for spotlights, potential ways around the issue were discussed and a resolution agreed. Once again, I cannot fault the service I received and would very highly recommend the services of Matthew and his team at MCT Electrical East Anglia Ltd.

Have used Matt (and his present working partner Owen) for past domestic electrical work. On this occasion a new switchboard was fitted - an all day job. Owen was meticulous in his work throughout the day. Very knowledgeable and professional; all completed work has been first rate. Would definitely recommend and have done so.

We had a full electrics check and work carried out to make the house up to standard and safe after moving into a project house. Matt and his lads helped no end in explaining what was happening, what they found and showing us as well as explaining what is what.

When they found a dangerous situation they quickly got it safe for us and fixed the issues. The house electrics quickly went from old and in desperate need from what looked to be years of cowboy builders to now being all up to standard, safe and ready for all our needs as we had explained to Matt prior to the work commencing.

Fault tracing, replace fuse board and carry out periodic inspection for whole house, including PV panels, car charger and heat pump We needed the five year inspection certificate for insurance, and the fuse board needed replacement. They came promptly and worked a long day, checking everything. All left tidy and in order.
Two days afterwards a minor fault developed. They came out at a couple of hours'' notice on a bank holiday Sunday, and fixed it.

Replacement of under unit kitchen lights, two outside lights and 2 kitchen lights as well as changing a front room light back to a pendant fitting. The whole team were friendly, helpful and professional. The process was quick, easy and efficient from quote to booking and then getting the work done. Matt came out to see what we required, and Bradley and Owen very quickly came to do the work. Extremely hard working, but also very funny, and an absolute delight to have in the house. I would happily recommend them to anyone, and would not hesitate to employ them for any future electrical work. They are also welcome to drop in for a cuppa if they''re in the area. MCT provided a safety check of the domestic electrical wiring for the entire home and installed light fixtures and power points. MCT was incredible from beginning to end. The initial visit from Matt was timely and thoroughly done. He listened to exactly what I wanted and provided input when I wasn''t sure about certain aspects. He explained the whole process and left it to me to decide with no pressure.

Bradley was the engineer that provided the service and was absolutely incredible. He was on time, polite and respectful during all the work he did. Bradley was efficient and professional and really demonstrated his skill and ability by explaining all that he did.
