Lock East is a local mobile locksmith and security business covering Thetford and surrounding areas in East Anglia. Some areas we cover local locksmith services are - Thetford, Attleborough, Watton, East Harling, Wymondham, Dereham, Brandon, Bury St Edmunds, Lakenheath, Mildenhall and surrounding villages.
We provide a friendly, reliable and professional emergency locksmith service service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also provide non-emergency service so all of your locksmith needs are covered.
We are highly trained by the Master Locksmith Association (MLA) and are DBS checked. We will always visit your property or business in uniform and carrying ID for your peace of mind. We price our services in-line with the recommended pricing set my the MLA.

Called Luke to fix my Mum's Back door lock which we couldn't open. He was open about the callout charge & explained he had most things on his van, & if not he could order. He asked if we wished to proceed. He gave us a time he could be with us same morning we called, he then called to say he was en route. We needed a new barrel which was fitted there and then after we confirmed the cost was fine. Luke was very professional but warm & polite ( bearing with us as my Mum is hard of hearing). He was tidy & cleared away behind himself. We would not hesitate to call in future

Luke helped us to solve our issue of a snapped key in our door lock.
We rang him as soon and it happened and he was able to come out that morning. He completed the work with a high level of professionalism, even adjusting the lock for us to ensure it didn’t happen again and cutting a fresh key.
The work was quick and tidy and a great price.
Would highly recommend Lock East for a friendly, professional and trustworthy service!

Had an emergency as we were locked out due to key left in lock on inside of door.
I called Lock East and, although we live 10-12 miles away the problem was solved within half an hour. Excellent and friendly service. Would definitely call Lock East before anybody else if we have another problem, although I hope we won't need them again!!

Excellent service. We had various companies look at our windows as they would not open. All quoted to replace every window in the house. Lock east managed to open them all and replace the damaged mechanism’s. He was fast and professional. Definitely recommended! Real magician:)

Woke up in the morning unable to unlock or open our patio doors. Contacted Luke who responded straight away and arrived when he said he would and was able to fix our problem straight away. He was friendly and tidy with his work and we was relieved and thankful that he had been recommended to us.

I was so relieved to find such a reliable and trustworthy locksmith. The workmanship was excellent. Easily rectified my issue and provided outstanding customer service. I was so impressed i then passed the details onto a neighbour and a friend who had both been asking for a locksmith the very same day.

First time using Luke at Lock East Ltd and I was really impressed with the quality of service that I received. Luke came out really quickly, I found him really friendly and professional and he explained everything he was doing. He replaced one lock and repaired two others for a very reasonable fee. I would definitely use him again should the need arise and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I was unable to unlock my front door, so I contacted Lock East, who were very quick to respond to my issues. Amazing service and such a lovely person to have in your home who you can see takes great pride in his workmanship. Also so nice and understanding of my very nervous rescue dog. Extremely fair prices and excellent service which I would recommend to anyone having lock issues.

I had a broken front door lock that I needed to be replaced. After an initial email contact Luke phoned me back within 20 minutes which I was impressed with. He was very polite professional & very helpful. He said that he could be with me in half and hour and he was true to his words. He started & completed the job within 35 to 40 minutes with no mess & no fuss. His price was very competitive for the work carried out. And I would have no hesitation in recommending his company to friends & family. I will definitely use him again if the need arises. All in all a sterling job.

Luke at Lock East fitted new locks and panic bar at our commercial premises. Due to factors related to the building and our particular requirements this was not straightforward, but he worked around the issues and solved the difficulties. He were very reliable in attending when he said he would and we particularly appreciated him keeping us informed as the work progressed. We would have no hesitation in recommending him and will definitely be using him again ourselves.

Really great experience with Luke Carroll from Lock East.
Called about one broken lock with a missing handle and another where the catch wouldn't stay on.
He was out to me on the same day. Fixed the slipping catch and got a lock into the one that was broken. He didn't have the right size handle but came back and fitted it the next day.
Super easy to deal with, prompt and friendly. Highly reccomended!

I got locked out after loosing my keys on a run & Luke was able to come at short notice! He asked a couple of questions over the phone & was able to give me advice before attending. He was then here within 20mins and had done the job within 10mins without requiring my locks to be damaged or changed! Very professional, prompt & great value for money compared to competitors! Luke came to change the locking mechanism of the front door. The options were explained clearly and thoroughly and was no pressure to move forward with any of these. The new part was quickly ordered and fitted a few days later. He is professional tidy and friendly and would definitely recommend.

The lock in our back door broke so called this guy. He's a great guy, very friendly and helpful. He fixed the existing lock rather than replace it which I was pleased with as it kept the cost down and stopped a repairable lock being thrown away. His price was a lot less than expected and the job was complete 2 hrs after first contact.

My elderly fathers door had to be unlocked after key was misplaced, replace with new cylinder and new spare keys. Service was very good, professional and the locksmith was very attentive to my fathers circumstances (he has dementia).

Unfortunately we got locked out of our house due to losing our house keys. However Luke at Lock East Ltd was there to help in a flash. Cheapest and most efficient. Very good service and would definitely recommend to others. Hopefully we won’t need to use them again but if we do we for sure will be going to lock east ltd. Very helpful 5 stars.
