Fantastic plastering job of celling and two walls in my hallway. Arrived on time and worked hard until the job was finished. Cleaned and tidied up afterwards. Would highly recommend Jimmy to anyone looking for a professional plasterer.

Jimmy Burt has completed several jobs for me in past years, and I have always been pleased with his work and his professional approach to the job. His prices are competitive and realistic and he arrives when he says he will and gets the job done quickly and efficiently.
Preparation is key with this job and Jim and his team pay a lot of attention to making sure all areas are covered up with polythene before the job is started and regardless of where the work is taking place in the house, there is no mess. Jimmy arrived on time and very quickly covered the floor of the room and the passage from entrance to door to the dining room with plastic sheeting. The work required was to replace the ceiling which had been brought down by a water leak from the bathroom above.
The replaced ceiling was skimmed to an excellent standard. On completion the room and passage were thoroughly cleaned. Standard of work was excellent - very well satisfied and at a good price.
Jimmy is a very pleasant, friendly and polite person. Would definitely recommend him for his standard of work and his attitude of respect to our home.

Jimmy replastered a couple of ceilings for me and a few walls.
Jimmy was professional, good value and a pleasure to deal with.

We DO NOT recommend! We are unhappy for the workmanship and the inconsistence charge that Jimmy and Aiden have delivered. The issues and pictures are shown below:
- They have left many holes. 3 samples are attached here. Jimmy said that it is not his plasterer job to fill in the holes and it is the painter's job.
- They covered our ceiling, doors, skirting board, floors and other stuff on the walls with their blue stuff and plaster.
- The plastered walls are rough and not smooth. The picture with a pink back ground is to show the unsmooth surface after painting the walls.
- The quotation was £1310 for plastering one small room, but Jimmy charged us £1390 without reasons and we paid him £1390. He wrote down the quotation £1310 on the back of his business card. He charged us £1390 which is shown on the yellow paper. He also left us with their bank accounts on different papers.

Plastering of celling and wall in the bedroom plus new render on the garage wall after removing all the old render. Jim and his team have completed a superb job. It was necessary to remove all the old render from the garage, before preparing the walls for the new render. I have now painted them and I am very pleased with the results it looks lovely!
In the bedroom it was decided at the last minute to also plaster the ceiling which Jim was happy to do. The results are excellent with a high standard of workmanship.
Although it is a messy job by any standards great care was taken to prepare both site and minimise the mess.

Look no further for good plasterers!! We employed the firm to remove Artex from our ceilings. Everything went according to plan and both people working were polite, tidy and efficient. We can't recommend them enough!

Re-skim of wall in the hall. What a pleasure it was to find Jimmy to do, at very short notice, a very small job. A lovely, a very small job. A lovely, kind and generous guy, he did a great job and I would recommend him to all.

Re plastered ceiling (covered the artex) plastered round door ways and a couple of bits where cupboards taken out. Very pleasant tidy workman left clean and tidy. Was very prompt with his time keeping.

Reboard ceiling in lounge after taking down coving and put up new coving. Re plaster all walls. A pleasure to find an excellent plasterer. Made the task easy.
