We used JJ Property Services for a full refurbishment.
We had dated mahogany upvc windows and it was suggested that we change to a more stylish anthracite colour on the outside but white on the inside as it would brighten up the rooms.
I can safely say that it did that and more. It's so much lighter.
We had dark stained internal doors replaced with white which also lit up the rooms.
New light paintwork throughout with the window and door changes has completely transformed a dark and dinghy interior to a bright and welcoming one.
We are so pleased with the final results.
From design to installation to completion was a very smooth process and all trades have been professional and friendly.
The time taken and care given certainly did not go unnoticed.

Jason at JJ Property Services recently completed a big job for me on an old victorian house. When we moved in the walls had not been properly plastered, instead just covered with wall paper. Jason carefully but efficiently removed all the old wall paper. Then plastered all the walls of the house. He also replaced the skirting boards and coving. He has done a lovely job and left the walls smooth and ready for decorating. The job was completed within the time frame set out by Jason (around 3 weeks) He tidied up after his work excellently and I was really pleased with the service as a whole. I would recommend using him for such jobs.

The guys done a great job.

What I really liked is that they charged as they go to reflect the work. So no deposits. This gave me a lot of confidence.

Quality workmanship on my recent 2 story extension, well communicated throughout the whole process. Will definitely use again for an upcoming project.
