I've been to J cat twice now about issues with a car I've recently bought. They've found faults promptly and advised on the best course of action to take. They are very polite and knowledgeable and will definitely recommend and use again

Having just bought a Jaguar thank Heavens I found J-Cat, the Jaguar specialists in Norwich. To say that I am knocked out by their customer service is an understatement. Mark and Mike have been so very helpful, even when they are also very busy (understandably). I have never known such brilliant customer service, from very knowledgeable people and cannot recommend them enough. Honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and just the best.

I went to J-Cat for a service after seeing their excellent Google reviews. Wow - what a wonderful team it is - the chaps are so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Jags. And fairly priced too. I will certainly be returning and am very happy to recommend to other Jag drivers.
