Recently had my 2011 XF 3.0 diesel to J-Cat for the 6 speed auto gearbox service, as the car has now done over 80,000 miles.
The guys did their usual brilliant job and returned my car promptly.
Another phone call this morning after I discovered my headlamp had a blown filament. Took my car in a few hours later and had the lamp changed in no time.
All round excellent service from Mike and the team there today. Thanks 👍🏻

Having just bought a Jaguar thank Heavens I found J-Cat, the Jaguar specialists in Norwich. To say that I am knocked out by their customer service is an understatement. Mark and Mike have been so very helpful, even when they are also very busy (understandably). I have never known such brilliant customer service, from very knowledgeable people and cannot recommend them enough. Honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and just the best.

I went to J-Cat for a service after seeing their excellent Google reviews. Wow - what a wonderful team it is - the chaps are so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Jags. And fairly priced too. I will certainly be returning and am very happy to recommend to other Jag drivers.
