The house was in nice location, well kept, well prepared for the viewing The staff agent was very helpful throughout the whole process of selling our house and buying new property. They have communicated with me the excellent standards and were always there for us which made the experience less stressful and fluent. Highly recommended

5-bedroom house. 12 years old. cul-de-sac with only 2 houses. Access via a private road. Close to a river Homeworks was the first estate agents we had dealing with as we planned our move to Norfolk from Essex.
We were immediately impressed with Carl's local knowledge of the housing market. The viewings we had with Carl and his team were informative, friendly and in no way pressurised.
During negotiations, Carl was honest, open, and willing to answer any question we had and went the extra mile to ensure both parties were happy with the final purchase price.
Carl and his team were quick to respond to queries and willing to chase enquiries with solicitors and the local authorities. I would have no hesitation in using Homeworks again and would recommend them.
