So pleased with the finish, had the whole downstairs done and the consultation was excellent, listened to what I wanted and found the most affordable way to make that happen, at no point made me feel unimportant. They went above and beyond and were transparent and said what they were going to, when they were going to. Was so impressed from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I went to Hicks flooring to look at options for changing my downstairs carpet for hard flooring. Nick was very informative and helpful. We had plenty of time to think about what to pick with borrowed samples.
Once the choice was made, a date was set and the downstairs area was completely transformed. The installer was very professional and clearly proud of doing a great job. All of the old materials were removed and the house was left in a clean and tidy state. More advise was given on the final day of installation.
We are very pleased with the outcome and can definitely recommend Hicks to any one looking for a flooring installation.

I needed a new floor in my conservatory. I didn’t know where to start as didn’t know what type of flooring would be best etc. I contacted Hicks and a couple of other companies. Nick from Hicks was super helpful he came out to my property the next day and went through the process as well as measure the room for me. Nick was very knowledgeable and professional, I chose the colour I wanted and within a week of ordering the floor, the Hicks floor fitters were round and completed the job to a very high standard. I can’t praise Nick enough he was very helpful and gave me peace of mind. I had excellent communication throughout. I am really happy and pleased with the service that I received from Nick and his team. My conservatory looks fresh and clean. I will be using Hicks for all my flooring from now on! Excellent job! Thank you again to Nick and his team at Hicks Flooring.

The services was great came round showed tiles colours I asked for brought additional tiles as options. Ended up taken one of the option tiles. Communication was great worked around my timetable for things to be done. Fitter came when expected. Fitter left no mess very professional could even tell her been other the tiles been laid.

We needed a new carpet for our lounge and wanted something durable as we have 3 young children who are very messy. We went over to the showroom at Hicks and Nick talked us through various options. The carpet was ordered and fitted very quickly and efficiently and we are extremely happy with it. Highly recommend Hicks - a local and professional company - thank you to Nick and the team!
