Our Hot Water Solar Panels controller stopped working. Heat Norfolk came out to investigate promptly giving an accurate assessment and quotes to repair or replace with a cheaper unit. Engineer was very knowledgeable and also gave advice on more efficient settings for our Air Source Heat Pump. Opted for replacement. Engineer (Aaron) came out and replaced unit, pressure vessels, cleaned and refilled system. All in time and price as quoted. Also tidied up and took old components away for disposal and explained work that had been carried out. All in all very pleased with work carried out.

Heat Norfolk have been an absolutely great company to deal with, they have replaced and subsequently serviced a new gas boiler for us for several years. They have installed underfloor heating for us on another occasion. As we were so impressed with their service we asked them to help us re design and install our en-suite bathroom. All of their work is of outstanding quality and good value for money. In summary they are just a really reliable and professional company who I have recommended to many of my friends and family.

First time using Heat Norfolk Ltd, Shane the engineer explained in detail the points that we needed to be made aware of for a 15 year old boiler, best service the boiler has had in years, we would certainly recommend to others
