Green Heat Norfolk has been sorting out and fixing my plumbing and, to a lesser extent, electrical problems (I have an Air Source Heat Pump) for 4 years. Ed and his team have consistently proved to be reliable, competent, professional and courteous. Ed’s wife Ruth, who handles the requests for help and, I suspect, the paperwork, is efficient and equally courteous. I have absolutely every confidence in recommending Green Heat. The only drawback is that it is that it in great demand and you may have to wait a day or two two for it’s top notch service, but well worth the wait for a job very well done

Ed has been servicing our boiler for several years and is always reliable and trustworthy. He has always been helpful and responsive to any breakdowns ensuring we weren’t left without heating or hot water for any length of time.

Ed has also given us advice regarding fitting a new air source system without any pressure. We’re very happy with the service Ed provides.

Boiler service - very efficient and friendly engineers.

My boiler was not firing up and I had a problem with my hive app. The engineers were sent out and addressed the faults without a problem. I found the guys very helpful, amiable and professional and I will be using Green Heat again. I would highly recommend them.

Ed and his team fitted a new Vaillant 5kw air source heat pump, 3 x new radiators,a new Vaillant hotwater cylinder and removed an old water tank from the loft.
All work was done in a professional and timely manner and the house left in a clean and tidy condition.
I would highly recommend Green heat Norfolk to anyone thinking of having an Air Source Heat Pump fitted.

Green Heat Norfolk completes our boiler Service annually and visits when there is a issue. They alway fits us in promptly when we have an issue with the boiler. The Engineer is alway friendly, takes time to explain the problems, completed works promptly and he tidied up after himself. 100% Would recommended

Was having my boiler serviced- the 2 guys who came were very friendly and helpful, and even helped get a stray cat out of my house when it wandered in and they found it inside!

New boiler and associated pipework installed which extended under two large bedroom floors, also requiring movement of heavy furniture which was completed without issue. After two days of work there was no evidence of floorboards being taken up or of any upheaval. Very experienced and knowledgeable heating engineer, very professional, considerate and exemplary in customer care. I would certainly recommend and use again.

Finding a leak in your airing cupboard overflow tank isn't the worst thing but it is inconvenient...Hearing the water gushing out of said pinhole in said tank can be more than inconvenient. Trying to hold back the water with your finger is a bit of a job but luckily we were told how to turn the water off. Ok...so now no hot water for how long?....as it happen, only until Ed had got the replacement, which was the next day. So, job done, hot water back on, all perfectly tidy and clean. Sorted!!!

Very friendly. Happy to explain. Clean working. respectful of property. Usually on time but will inform you if any issues. Highly recommend you get a quote. Have Used them on three of my properties several times. For contractors, they don’t drink much tea which doesn’t say much for my tea.
