I can't praise Graham Gillis's enough, polite, helpful, sympathetic and knowledgeable staff.
They do what they say and keep me informed of cost and timings and do a courtesy door service.
Used them for years and have always had a wonderful service.

8.3.24 driving from North Norfolk toward Thetford. Engine losing power and spluttering. About to call another company when I came across Grahame Gillis Auto Repairs. The receptionist (Kimberley) was very sympathetic and immediately instructed the mechanic to examine the vehicle. He quickly diagnosed the faults, ordered new parts and fitted them on receipt at a reasonable price. They averted a miserable few hours by attending to our needs, professionally, very promptly and with a smile on their face. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Fit new tyre. Very efficient friendly nothing to much trouble.
Finding up a flat first thing in the morning is stressful enough we pumped the tyre up and I went to our local garage they put my mind at rest straight away and looked at it there and then.
Puncture could not be fixed - tyre ordered and fitted same day.

Problem with tyre. They worked 'out of normal hours' to ensure that I had a new tyre and that my spare was OK!

Bodywork repairs. All work was camed out to the highest standard. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

Fit 2 new tyres, balance wheels, change front wheels to new. 5 star service.
We would not take our cars(2) anywhere else. Graham goes out of his way to help with possible reduction in cost, to the point of fabricating power steering oil, coolant pipes.

Car and van servicing. I have had both my car and van serviced at Grahame Gillis Autos. I would recommend them wholeheartedly for these knowledge, reliability, trendlyness and there exceptional value for money on labor and parts.

Went in as heater not working. they tried thermostat but it turned out to be head gasket. Re quoted price. Good communication, Loaned courtesy car. Kept informed on progress.

Replace water pump and pulley system. Replace plugs. All staff are extremely helpful and go over and above basic customer service always. They are honest, straight to the point and keep you informed all of the way. Best garage I have used. (I have been driving 27 yrs!).

2 new tyres plus new battery and general service. I really like the way they include their young staff. Couldn't be happier. Work completed as promised. Very nice people in the garage as they are the only garage now in the area. I am very pleased altogether to have them locally.

MOT & service of company truck. MOT - £45.00. service - £234.78. We regularly use this firm for the MOT and service of our company truck and have always been happy with the work carried out and customer service.

Fault find. Replace front “D” bushes on anti-roll bar. Replace o/s/f upper wishbone. This is my third visit to Grahame Gillis Auto’s. Every time they have come up trumps and fixed my card to a very high standard. Parts are sourced at the very best prices and best quality. Excellent service and polite at all times, it’s nice to find someone reliable.

Water pump, fan belt, cam belt service, brake pads front & rear disc’s front & rear balance tyres replace gearbox oil.

Change of exhaust pipe. Friendly, helpful kind. They really went out of their way to make the stress of a repair as inexpensive and difficulty free as possible. Would highly recommend them.

Interim service on a vw golf. The garage gave us a lift home and picked us up when our other vehicles was unexpectedly unavailable. We think they are very friends and reliable with reasonable charges.

Diagnose and repair problem with self leveling new suspension on a Mercedes E Class. I have used this garage for servicing, not and other necessary repairs since moving to Norfolk first over a year ago. They are a very friendly family firm and I have always found them to be extremely competent at diagnosing a effectively rectifying problems promptly and at very reasonable cost. Thoroughly recommended.

Full service and MOT. Check and replace front and rear brake disc and pads free sliders and clean carriers. Check for oil leak from cyl head drain cooling system strip as necessary to remove cyl head send to specialist for skimming reassemble and refit to engine road test vehicle. I have lived in the area for over 30 years but this firm has been the most helpful an efficient that I have found. They are expertise is excellent, prices very reasonable and staff courteous, helpful.

Investigate rear wiper networking, test wiring and feeds to motor. Rear wiper motor required.

Full service £265.00. Replace battery £91.20. Replace anti roll bar £34.70.

Brake service, New parts. Rear Disc x2 pads, clean etc. As usual-all as promised.

MOT and head light adjustment. The service provided by Graham Gills Auto Repairs was outstanding. The service and staff personnel were very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t able to pick my car up before they closed and the staff stayed behind past closing an extra 30 mins just so I could get my car. I will certainly be returning. Thank you.

MOT. Fix lots of things. Engineers spotted serious problems with brakes. I would have had no idea there was anything wrong! Receptionist made lots of calls keeping me up-to-date with prices. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Gave me a discount for no reason – just nice!

MOT. Replace broken coil springs. Attention to suspension. Very happy with the work done quickly. All staff very helpful & friendly. Very satisfied. Good communication. Called when promised to. (Very unusual as most firms don’t).

Repaired two door locks & MOT. Work was completed on time and to a satisfactory standard. This is a reliable and trustworthy business. Reception staff are friendly and helpful and polite. And they even cleared my car without any charge.

Interim service, MoT. General vehicle check. Identified that rear brakes needed thorough clean and adjust to required standard. As usual all work carried out to excellent standard. In order to use this garage require us to make a 40 mile each way journey and it is more than justified.

Car breakdown fan belt and tensioner broken it had to be towed to the garage. When my car broke down outside my doctors in Swaffham, I went in to mega stress overdrive. The garage proprietor although very busy dropped everything to come out to me. He said he would have my car collected later. I had constant updates from the garage staff on the progress. This is an excellent above and beyond firm.

Oil leak We were about to undertake a trip from Norfolk to Kent. We discovered a possible oil leak. We took car to above garage which we have used on occasion before.
