8.3.24 driving from North Norfolk toward Thetford. Engine losing power and spluttering. About to call another company when I came across Grahame Gillis Auto Repairs. The receptionist (Kimberley) was very sympathetic and immediately instructed the mechanic to examine the vehicle. He quickly diagnosed the faults, ordered new parts and fitted them on receipt at a reasonable price. They averted a miserable few hours by attending to our needs, professionally, very promptly and with a smile on their face. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Winter check-up and service, including oil change. This garage is a delight to deal with. Pleasant and helpful staff in the office, and the mechanics are always obliging. They will always help at short notice if necessary. Their charges are always reasonable or often lower than expected.

Fit new tyre. Very efficient friendly nothing to much trouble.
Finding up a flat first thing in the morning is stressful enough we pumped the tyre up and I went to our local garage they put my mind at rest straight away and looked at it there and then.
Puncture could not be fixed - tyre ordered and fitted same day.
Brilliant.
Will use again.

Problem with tyre. They worked 'out of normal hours' to ensure that I had a new tyre and that my spare was OK!

Bodywork repairs. All work was camed out to the highest standard. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

Fit 2 new tyres, balance wheels, change front wheels to new. 5 star service.
We would not take our cars(2) anywhere else. Graham goes out of his way to help with possible reduction in cost, to the point of fabricating power steering oil, coolant pipes.

Car and van servicing. I have had both my car and van serviced at Grahame Gillis Autos. I would recommend them wholeheartedly for these knowledge, reliability, trendlyness and there exceptional value for money on labor and parts.

Went in as heater not working. they tried thermostat but it turned out to be head gasket. Re quoted price. Good communication, Loaned courtesy car. Kept informed on progress.

Replace water pump and pulley system. Replace plugs. All staff are extremely helpful and go over and above basic customer service always. They are honest, straight to the point and keep you informed all of the way. Best garage I have used. (I have been driving 27 yrs!).
