We asked Excel Electrical to quote for an electric radiator change in an apartment. Specifically, to improve efficiency and to provide total control in each room zone, remotely.
Jason was very prompt in his communication and in attending to quote. I clearly understood the options and costs up front.
The electricians who attended to fit the items were very pleasant and worked hard. At the conclusion, they assisted me in connecting the installations to a mobile phone App. All works really well and it does indeed fit the brief I set. Of course, it is really difficult for me to assess product reliability or support, and I hope I don't need to test it! The final invoice was exactly what was quoted. Great job, and I would recommend Excel Electrical Service LTD. Thank you.

Moving and installing a new fuse box ( consumer unit) and compete re - wiring property to make safe. Additionally installing smoke alarms, outside light, loft lighting and ventilation extractor fan in shower room.
Jason was clear with the initial estimate and provided good detail about the work required and then to enlarge this when the poor condition of all of the electrical wiring was detected. Matt could not have been more helpful and explained things to me at every stage. The team always arrived as arranged and worked alongside other trades to ensure all work was progressing.
I am happy to recommend these electricians and will use again for any further electrical work required.

Evolve installed my EV charger. They were very professional and expertly guided me through the whole process. From the initial survey and then the requirements with my energy company and UK power networks.
On the installation day the workmanship and general neat and tidy approach was much appreciated.

We had a problem with a tripping main switch, as a result of a burnt out extractor fan, and also wanted a light fitting replaced. Electrician from Excel was out the same day, fixed the tripping switch, replaced the fan, and swapped out the light with no issues. He was clean and tidy at all times, and very efficient. Cost was also very reasonable. Would fully recommend.

Various rewiring, removal of sockets and lights and installation of new sockets and lights Jason and his team provide a first class service from the initial visit, when ideas were discussed, to booking dates for the work to commence, turning up on time and organised for the work in hand, providing a quality service with minimum fuss and disruption. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they went above and beyond. A real pleasure to deal with and a breath of fresh air in an industry where it can be hard to get quality and reliable teams. We would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them in the future for additional electrical work.

A date for the work to be started was agreed, the team turned up promptly, were extremely sociable and took the time to explain how they were going to proceed.
Some of the work was completed that day, but the outside lights having being tested & found lacking required a further visit.
In due course another date was arranged, the work completed was very satisfactory.

After a very cold Winter we decided to have electric central heating installed. I contacted "Excel Electrical Services" and within 24 hours I had received, an email giving me times when Jason could come round and survey our home.
Jason is a true professional, one of a kind in Norfolk, his time keeping is true to word, he was polite at all times,gave us all the information we needed to make a decision on how/when to go ahead and to get the best from the type of heating we wanted.
We were given a choice of dates for work to start, Jason and Joe arrived when expected, and worked non stop until work had been completed, they cleaned up as they went along.
