We had Empire Carpets come out and quote us for carpet and vinyl. When Craig arrived he was very kind and helpful. He measured up and got the samples out and let us choose, when we was all done he went back and quoted, which when he come back to us with the price we was over happy with the price on how cheap it was for how good the quality carpet we picked. He came out and screeded all the floors and trimmed all doors. When the carpets and vinyl got fitted we was absolutely shocked on how good of a job he had done, just superb and how nice it is to walk on, never ever have walked on flooring like that before, the carpet is so soft and bouncy like walking on a fluffy cloud. the vinyl was also so nice to walk on, really strongly recommend

Excellent quality of work, good friendly company, good price too. I will definitely use Craig again for any flooring work I have to do. They laid a huge area of quality LVT and carpeted another room. Very happy with all.

You can see how much Craig loves his job and strives to get a good job done. He is one of the best tradesmen I’ve come across, we will use him for all our flooring needs and will recommend him.

So pleased with our new stair carpet and landing. It looks amazing and is the most comfortable carpet I've ever walked on. Service from start to finish was second to none. Highly recommend and have booked our two bedrooms to be done.

Craig was extremely helpful, bringing samples to the shop and talking through the pros and cons of each one. When it came to fitting he was very particular in making sure everything was right, and did all he could to minimise disruption to my business. Would highly recommend him
