Ed Robinson Plumbing & Heating Services

Ed installed all new hot and cold pipework in our bungalow. All work was carried out to a high standard, and I have complete faith in Ed's craftsmanship. I would definitely recommend Ed and would have no hesitation asking him to complete more work should it be needed.

I contacted several companies on Trusted Trader for our annual boiler service after having bought our house. Ed was very responsive to my initial enquiry and I felt confident in choosing his service. Very professional service, excellent pricing. Certificate emailed promptly afterwards along with clear invoice. Easy payment by BACS. Would highly recommend Ed, and have popped a reminder in my calendar to contact him when our service comes round next year!

Serviced the OIL Boiler, relocated and cleaned the filters.
Also sorted the heating system (underfloor ground, radiators upper), new valves and cleaning fluid etc.
New Toilet to bathroom and sorted out leaky cloakroom toilet.

All excellent work standard, clean work areas and reliable.

We had recently moved into a house with a new type of heating system and boiler.

Ed explained how the system worked to me and went through a thorough check of the whole heating system and got it working.
Found Faults and gave recommendations (which we took) worked very late to ensure we had heating.
The house is now warmer and the boiler more efficient.

Also replaced a Toilet in the bathroom, Ed sourced for us, and fixed a leaking cistern in the cloakroom.

Very grateful for the time taken to explain how the systems work.

We hope to use Ed again soon for some other improvements to the plumbing and heating of the house.

Replacement of old cloakroom for new. Fantastic standard of work to replace an old downstairs cloakroom. Removed old Wash basin and toilet and replaced with new units and re routing some pipe work.
Workmanship was excellent and such a tidy worker, leaving us with a great room.
Would highly recommend!

Fit three new taps

2 inside kitchen sink
fit gate valve to outside tap Work was more expensive than expected but it was an emergency.

1) Shower fitted
2) New cistern
3) Taps fitted to two basins
4) Isolation for washing machine plus renewed all waste pipes.
I am so pleased to have found Ed Robinson on trust a trader.
He is a true professional being on my own it was reassuring being able to trust him and his work which was of a very high standard. He was always on time and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Install new outside hose union tap Ed arrived at the time arranged and advised on the best option and did an excellent job. All for a very reasonable price.

Re-do pipe work to hot water cylinder and fix leak left by previous plumbers. For tidier and better looking job done compared to previous plumbers.

Tidy up pipework left by others in kitchen I found Ed to be very professional. He visited my property and we discussed the work required. He arrived to start work on the date arranged. I found him very helpful, he had time to explain the workings of the boiler and fire to me. Every thing was tidy when he left.
I am new to this area and finding a tradesman i can trust is very helpful. I will be using Ed for furture servicing and any plumbing requirements.
He also recommended i get a carbon monoxide alarm for the room with the gas fire which he checked i had done

Replace inlet and flush valve on concealed toilet cistern. feel lucky to have found Edd Robinson. In, the past only living here in Norfolk for a short while I was not looking forward to having to find a good, honest, plumber. I would certainly call Edd again. (He even sorted out my problem water butt.)

Supply & fit 2 double & 2 single Halcyon/Stelrad radiators,Honeywell TRVs & Lockshield/drain off valves.
Also replace/tidy up a mix of pipework in hallway.
Plus repair inlet pipe & hot/cold cartridges to mixer tap.
This time for work needed I got three quotes.

To fit a shower, supplie by customer and remove old one. Arrived very promptly after phone call work, carried out quickly to a high standard, very pleased with the work.

A leaky toilet was mended quickly. Mr. Robinson was friendly, approachable and very helpful.

Supply and fit new pump for shower Quote, survey, supply and fit in same day, very quick, clean and efficient.
A very pleasant experience all round.

Refill system and test I would definitely use Ed Robinson again.

Fitted 5 new radiators and pipework. Work carried out efficiently and too a very high standard worked very neatly and all areas left tidy after completion of work. Friendly throughout visit. gave options and advice on work before carry out tasks. All in all, great work, great service.

Boiler and central heating service. This was excellent value for money. He took half a day to complete the work. He also checked and repaired three leaking taps. He always adopts a very pragmatic and cost-effective approach to any work needed. His response is 100% immediate if we have any central heating or hot heater failures. We have used his services for the lad 10-15 yrs and have never had cause for complaint or dissatisfaction.
