Removal of Conifer trees whose roots had damaged the drains of the property When the job was booked they gave me a date it would be completed on and although this was some time in the future they did stick to it. I called Eastern Tree Service as they were local to our property and had good reviews. Tully was very accommodating, he arrived on time and both men worked hard all day. Height reduction of Oak tree due to decay Friendly, professional service. Tully was extremely helpful in liaising with the council (the tree has preservation order) prior to the work being carried out. Tree work. Reducing height and trimming and reshaping 6 sycamore and horse chestnut trees, also Holm oak – and obtaining permission from tree preservation officer. Skilled workmen. Minimum disruption and very polite and left site tidy. Their quote was very reasonable, compared with others. Very impressed with their care and attention to tree preservation. Dismantle one large birch to ground level. cut the wood into 12 inch logs for firewood and tidy up. On the day Tully arrived I was due in hospital for an operation. He was without doubt brilliant! He is fast, efficient and tidy and to be honest if the tree hadn’t been removed I would never known he’d been there.

Removal of eight trees as instructed by the TPO, and pollarding of five lime trees. ETC arrived on time as promised and worked throughout the days to ensure they kept to their schedule. At all times they made sure the area they were working in was as safe as possible. At the end of each day they tidied up as much its possible and completely tidied up when finished.

To climb sycamore (1) and birch (1) tree and reduce long branches by 1-2 metres. 20% reduction with regards to the sycamore remove all waste product leaving site safe and tidy. Excellent job done turned up promptly worked very efficiently and completed work within given timescale. Would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending to others. They replaced another tree surgeon who had let us down badly.

We had a gardener before and the work they did had ruined our trees and grass. We were having a function and needed someone as soon as possible. ETC came in for two days and did an amazing job by making it look neat & tidy. Would recommend them.

To dismantle dead walnut tree cutting wood to 12" lengths ready for splitting, stacking, remove waste from site. The tree died this year, with no access for a platform Tully advised that work needed doing urgently whilst tree was still climbable. Very good advise as hiring a crane to work over house roof would have been £1000's. There is not room enough on this firm to say how well Tully and his team performed. There were no negative points. Highly recommend this company.

Felling of a large diseased beech tree and removal of wood. This is the second time that we have used Eastern Tree Care for large works and yet again Tully and team did an excellent job. They gained all necessary approvals from the tree protection officer, turned up on time and completed the job in the expected timescale, causing minimum disruption to neighbours.

There was a huge amount of wood to clear from site and this was done quickly and efficiently, leaving only one large trunk section - perfectly felled into requested position - to become a wildlife habitat.

Their quote was competitive and as a small firm are not VAT registered which always makes a huge difference to cost.

Pruning of various tall trees and cutting back into shape three very big laurel round hedges at the front. Tully and the other team member worked very well and kept to the agreed times and tasks. We were initially concerned about the health of the ash tree. Having discovered their details in the Trusted Traders Directory, we approached Eastern Tree Care for their expert assessment, and received their quote for the work to be undertaken, adding the pruning of our apple tree to the work required on the ash tree. The service we received was first class throughout, and we would have no hesitation in using their services in the future.

Eastern Tree Care felled and logged three multi-stemmed coppice ash, one maiden ash, two large birch trees and a large, decayed eucalyptus. Twigs and small branches were shredded and other debris swept into neat piles. I contacted Eastern Tree Care following a personal recommendation by a neighbour and was very impressed by the manner in which the firm tackled what was a difficult and challenging contract. From the initial survey through to the felling of the trees Tully King kept me informed about how the work would be carried out and the challenges posed by the location and condition of the trees. The trees were felled on the dates and times agreed after the initial consultaion. All the trees stood beside roads and several were leaning badly. The eucalyptus was very large and diseased but Dan climbed into the upper branches and dropped sections, with great precision, on to the garden below. The ''bench'' which was constructed to protect the wall was a stroke of genius and all the work was carried out without any inconvenience to road users, neighbours or myself. The timber was logged and the shreddings left in convenient positions for use in our garden. At all times Tully and Dan were polite, communicative and professional, achieving an excellent result on a job that was far from straightforward. The cost of the work was very fair given the difficulties of the site and the logging of the timber and I am therefore more than happy to recommend Eastern Tree Care and would use the firm for any tree work we may need in the future.

4 trees felled urgently as they were split and dangerous. These guys were amazing, within 16 hrs of the phone call the trees were safely down, they turned up on time did exactly what we agreed, they didn''t try and sell me a service I didn''t want. The way the trees were felled was like watching a artist at work, no damage to any surrounding fencing or other trees.

Felling of 2 mature beech trees, reduction of 2 mature oaks and a sweet chestnut overhanging a neighbouring property and removal of deadwood from 2 other beeches and hedge cutting clearance along a public pathway. The scope of our work impacted on neighbouring properties and a public footpath so it was really important that we entrusted the work to someone who would be sensitive to everyone''s needs, not just our own. This was the first time we had used Eastern Tree Care and Tully King and his team clearly knew what they were doing. We had a major unforeseen problem on the first day when the climbed inspection of one beech revealed it to be much more decayed than anticipated which led to a felling rather than a monolith reduction. This was approached in a considered and professional manner that gave everyone confidence in what Eastern Tree Care were doing even though this meant a closure of our road for about an hour. Neighbours have subsequently commented on how well this tricky procedure was tackled.

Tully dealt with the TPO paperwork and relevant discussions with the tree protection officer and also spoke to adjoining neighbours about the work. We were kept fully informed as to what was happening on each day.

This work took 3 days to complete and the site was left tidy on a daily basis. We have been left with wood cut into pieces that can be directly used or suitably split for firewood and all waste was chipped.

The work had originally been planned for March but with weather conditions good Tully phoned yesterday to say he could fit us in later in the day. Taking down nine trees, some of which were growing very close to or between buildings. Wood was left in manageable chunks for future splitting. Tully and his team did a great job! He managed to fit us in on short notice after seeing our concern over the proximity of several large trees near our house.
The team were punctual, professional, polite and cheerful. I was impressed by the array of different techniques they used to for each tree depending on its unique properties and position. Some had to be dismantled branch by branch to protect nearby buildings.
The site was left tidy as promised, and our house is now a much lighter and brighter place to live.

Taking down a large cypress tree which was split and swaying badly in the strong winds.Removal of all the branches and debris. Leaving discs to be split, the discs stacked in a safe area and the site left clean and tidy. I have used this ETC before and was very happy last time. I received a very prompt service and the nature of this tree was rather urgent. From contacting ETC and the job being completed was very fast.( 10 days )
As before, everything was explained to me and my front garden was left clean and tidy,with the exception of the sawdust, which I was forewarned about and to be expected.

Felling two mature & very large beech trees affected by a deadly fungus, both trees very close to our house and the rear boundary wall. This was our first experience of Tully and Eastern Tree Care. From the outset, we were impressed by their prompt visit, advice and quotation. Norwich experienced two days of gale force winds before the work was able to be started and we were very appreciative of a phone call from Tully checking we were all OK and the trees were still standing. The work commenced on the day as promised and was carried out by the team efficiently and safely. No damage was caused, the huge amount of wood was removed as agreed and the site was left tidy. Dan''s skilful overhead tree-work did create much entertainment for us and our neighbours!

Trimming trees and mature shrubs / hedges around our property This is the third time we have used ETC and as previous visits the work has been carried out in a exemplary manner. We have no hesitation in recommending Eastern Tree Care for all tree And hedge work.

Cutting down several trees and reducing the beech tree closest to the house We were extremely happy with the work Tully and his team did. We had not used them previously but they provided a very competitive quote and Tully was clearly very knowledgable.

The team suprised us by carrying out the work faster than we had expected. They did a very thorough job on what was a hot day. Our young children were also highly entertained watching the wood chipper in action.

Our garden has a lot more light now but it still looks very natural so we are very happy with the quality of the work.

Cutting down of a vine covered tree. I was very happy with the work completed. The original estimate underestimated the work which was finally required, however I could see and understand how this occurred and was happy with the outcome.
During the job Tully kept me fully informed and abreast of how things were developing. They gave me confidence that the job would, and it was, be completed to a high standard.

To dismantle an Ash Tree which is overhanging a double garage and adjacent to a live electric supply cable to the house. Tully King and his companion, Dan, were professional in their approach to the task and explained to me fully how they intended to execute the works in a safe and efficient manner. Prior to the works being carried out they made arrangements with the electricity supplier to ensure they complied with their requirements and I was pleased that I did not have to make these enquiries.
The works were carried out expertly, efficiently and the site was left clean and tidy.
I would have no hesitation in using their services again in the future and would certainly recommend their services to friends and family.

Reducing and shaping a large horse-chestnut tree I would recommend these guys to anyone. They did a fantastic job, and at a fantastic price.

ETC removed a neighbour''s Ash Tree (with her permission) that was overhanging our driveway. We wanted it removed to stop our cars being soiled with bird mess & sap and get light back in our bathroom. Very pleased with the work and how they persevered during a day with 3 storms and lots if rain. It was a simple job made tricky with the weather! Would recommend to anyone who needs the services of ETC.

Trimmed silver birch tree, oak tree, and cut back laurel hedge Tully and his assistant worked extremely hard in 30 degree heat and we were very pleased with what they did. They''re a pleasure to have on site and did a great job.

Removal of silver birch and pollarding of willow trees. Tully and Dan arrived promptly and during the course of the day felled a silver birch from our front garden and severely ''pollarded'' two large willow trees. They cut the larger limbs into logs for us and removed all the remaining timber. They left our garden neat and tidy. I highly commend their work and will recommend them to others.

We had a cherry tree and a pear tree felled and a hazel tree trimmed. We also had a fence constructed along the side and bottom of our property. It was very refreshing to have someone who actually listened to our requirements and do their utmost to carry out our wishes. Having a strong aversion to concrete posts we wanted a strong fence that was also aesthetically pleasing and Tully came up with the goods. We are thrilled with both the look and the strength of the fence. Tully and his very helpful team were not daunted by the problems encountered along the way and produced a very professional result. The tree work was carried out with no fuss or bother and the timber was even cut into logs for our garden burner. Eastern Tree Care are friendly and considerate and very efficient. In fact we can''t praise these guys highly enough.

I asked the guys from Eastern Tree Care to lower the height of my neighbours cypress trees so that my garden and lawn would receive more light. I had concerns as my garden had been recently landscaped, (and through which access to my neighbour's property was required), but ETC couldn't have been more careful or respectful of my wishes. Despite the hideous weather on the day, and my concerns, (given that access to the neighbour's trees was through and across my newly landscaped garden),E.T.C. could not have been more understanding and responsive. The job was undertaken professionally, safely and to my complete satisfaction. I shall not hesitate to use the firm again. Thanks guys.

Removal of large silver birch tree from the front garden of our house which was adjacent to main road and path, which was pushing over our garden wall First time we have used them & we are very pleased with their work & would have no hesitation in using them again & would certainly recommend them. They arrived on site on time as previously arranged. They set about making the surrounding area safe, taking into account pedestrians & traffic in very close proximity. They provided clear signage for aforementioned pedestrians & traffic. The work was carried out very professionally, efficiently & within the timescales that had been quoted.
