I approached Designtec when my previous website engineer was unable to provide us with the services we required. Our previous website although functional was dated and lacked the modern functions you see on websites today.
My knowledge in this area is somewhat limited but Designtec reassured me that they would be able to take the information I had previously displayed and move this across. My confidence in them was well founded and the transition to our new website was extremely smooth and to the timeline I had set them.

We asked Designtec to design a new website for a new subsidiary company that we had set up. They are also looking after the Webhosting and SEO monthly adwords management. Will at Designtec set up the original website following telephone conversations. He was quick and efficient and we were happy with the result. Then we decided to upgrade. We required a website for our building and maintenance business and Designtec were recommended to us by another customer. It is our first ''professional'' website and we hope it will be a means of potential customers to check our services on the web. Designtec have been helpful, supportive and interested in our web design. It was good to be able to meet the team face to face. We are very happy with the result.

Designtec were asked to design and develop a website for a new App that we were launching. Myself and my business partner are great believers in gut instinct, so when I went to my meeting at Designtec I knew I would have made my decision within the first 5 mins of the meeting as to whether we would be using them.
I actually made my decision in the first 3 mins and as always my gut instinct proved to be right.
I contacted them via email because the Designtec website really caught my eye. If you like their website chances are you''re going to like what they can do for you.
The staff were very welcoming and could answer every question I had, they could provide samples of everything I requested and most importantly everything was to a high standard.
They understood what it was that we wanted and helped us every step of the way.
The day I received the link to show us how the site looked I was amazed at how amazing it really was. It was so much better than I could have imagined.
It needed a few tweaks but that was mostly because of my poor spelling and grammar. None the less all it took was for a quick email and the changes were made, with no fuss.
I now know how to make the changes myself because they actually take the time to have you back in to the office to show you how to do it. Even now that it is all done, they still say "if you get stuck with anything just give us a call and we will talk you through it." What more can you ask for?
We will definitely be using Designtec again in the future!

Design and build new website and design new logo. Despite working in IT for 20+ years, I had never been through a design build cycle as a customer before. Designtec were brilliant.

They helped my business partner and I understand what was needed to make the new site deliver our message and they designed a new logo that we really like.
Furthermore Designtec have always been responsive to questions and design tweaks, perhaps doing a little bit too much within the ''fixed price'' if truth be told. I cannot fault their customer service.
Also worth knowing that their Content Management Solution is slick and easy to use.

Website design and hosting I had a website (not supplied by Designtec) which was not being found on any web browsers or if it did it was many pages from the first page.
Neil came to me and told me he could get us on the first page of Google and suchlike. I must be honest, for the price Neil quoted for a newly designed website and hosting I did not think it was possible.
So I agreed for Designtec to go ahead anyway as the old website was next to useless.
Within a month of going live our new website started appearing on the first page of Google when potential customers were searching.
I was amazed Neil was correct in everything he promised.

Designtec were employed to help me create a new web site. They explained the way in which their approach differs from the norm and we made plans to create an attractive but effective site both from my customers perspective and from that needed to build a platform that we could keep working well for the long term. By breaking the range of tasks needed into bit sized chunks I was able to really understand what it is that makes an effective and successful site. In addition because their system can so easily be edited I am able to keep refining and developing the site without further cost. All round so far a great experience for which I have high hopes for the future.

Website design and associated SEO training We approached Designtec Ltd to redesign our website after hearing great things about their work and reading their excellent reviews. After an initial chat on the phone, Neil came over to visit us and very quickly grasped the idea of what we are trying to achieve, and also our target audience.

We were quoted a 4 week lead time, however, the first draft was through much quicker than this, and with very minimal tweaking we were up, running and live.

I have to say that this has been by far the most painless, smooth website redesign that we have ever experienced (and we''ve had a few). The site does exactly what we asked it to do, all the contact forms work and is also "future-proofed" so when we do decide to add more things on, we can.
