Work done: Bungalow roof was stripped & re-roofed with new tiles.

The roofing team lead by John & Dave have done a great job on what was a difficult task made a lot worst by a spray foamed roof interior! The guys persevered despite this & completed what is now a great looking roof. The site was cleaned down on completion & all left neat & tidy.
I have no problem recommending this company in the future to anyone wanting roof work done. (Leah in the office also deserves a mention for providing a thorough & detailed quotation in a timely manner & keeping me updated in advance all work planning/schedules.)

Organise scaffolding at front of property. Remove, clean and replace ridge tiles. Replace two cracked slates. Repoint chimney stack and repoint above lead flashing on low roof at rear of property. Admin. Office kept me fully informed throughout. Always replied by return to my queries. Work was done promptly and efficiently. Workers tidy, polite and helpful.

Contacted DLK Roofing due to some damage on my flat roof caused by bad weather. They were quick to respond, I was very happy with the detailed quote and the quality of the work was excellent, would highly recommend to anybody.

We commissioned DLK to strip and felt the roof on my mother-in-laws semi-detached house as it had developed some leaks.
The original roof had a reed base which had perished and the valleys were split with poor lead work showing gaps around valleys and the chimney. The team removed and stored the original tiles and supplied matching replacements for any that broke upon removal.
While on the roof, they noted several additional issues that needed attending; the three unused chimney pots needed cowls fitted, an old redundant TV Aeriel was broken and hanging off the chimney brackets and the loft insulation was not quite up to scratch. DLK provided a very competitive price to deal with all these issues, which we adopted.
We agreed to upgrade to dry-fit ridge system and they supplied all new ridge tiles for the project.
They organised the scaffold and a skip and attended exactly when they said they would, which was a week before Christmas, and they got the job done speedily in time for the big day. They worked quickly and competently and kept me informed at all times of any issues and the finished job is very satisfactory. I have already recommended them to a friend who has also used them to good effect.

Full new roof completed by DLK, very happy with all of the team and the high standards of workmanship provided. Very fast to respond to all emails and calls. very smooth process, would happily recommend their services! Very pleased with the new roof!
