Cool Runnings Air Conditioning Ltd

Installation of Air Conditioning Unit.
From start to finish Steve at Cool Running was quick to respond, very professional and extremely pleasant. On the day of installation the job was carried out swiftly and everything was left tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve and his team.

Delighted with the service from this company. Steve was very helpful going through different options to accommodate my budget and needs. I had time to consider the quote I received before booking an installation date (I went for a unit with extra filtering due to allergies). The installation was carried out on the date and time agreed. Steve did an excellent job installing the units, taking time to consider that the finish was neat and coordinated with my building. I'm really pleased with how it looks, it keeps the space wonderfully cool and is so much quieter than I expected. I'm considering adding a 2nd unit in another part of the house.

Outstanding service from Steve and Cool Runnings — highly recommended for anyone looking for air conditioning.
Steve owns the company and personally handles the site inspections and installations, so you feel in good hands from the start. He explains everything clearly and discusses the options during installation to make sure you’re happy with the result.
The installation was first-class, and our home was left spotless afterwards. That level of care really stood out.
A thoroughly deserved five stars for Cool Runnings. We couldn’t be happier with the service!

We chose Cool Runnings after seeing many positive recommendations on our local facebook group. From start to finish they were professional and did the job perfectly. Very neat work no mess. And just a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend Steve and his team if you are considering air con for the coming hot summers (even the cold winters as they heat too!)

My new air conditioning unit is fantastic! Steve and his team at Cool Runnings were incredibly professional from start to finish. I’m absolutely delighted with the result and couldn’t be happier with the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great job done by a reliable and professional team!

We got Steve’s contact through one of my neighbors who installed their air con in summer by his team. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants to install home cooling system. We had Steven to install three air cons for us last week. Steve and his team are friendly and professional, clean, tidy and did a very neat job!

Steve was fantastic from the very start of the process to the end. He kept me informed throughout with excellent communication and his workmanship is first class; he paid huge attention to detail (which I really appreciate) and the result is neat, clean and tidy.

With the recent heatwaves, air con had become a “must have” for me, not just a “nice to have.” I have ME/CFS which makes my temperature hard to regulate at the best of times, and leaves me with very little energy. This combined with perimenopause and being unable to sleep at night meant that I became very ill, with daily migraines and exhaustion.

Steve was extremely understanding about this, I felt I could talk to him openly about my conditions, and the air con is a life saver.

I also have pets that I’ve been worried about in the hot weather - they’re already loving lounging in the cool air, and I can stop worrying about their health.

If you’re considering Cool Runnings, go for it. You won’t regret it!

Very happy with the full service provided. Was recommended units suitable for our needs (simple and reliable). Install was smooth and all rubbish taken away. Highly recommend

Really pleased with the air conditioning installation. The work was very neat and tidy, the system works really well, and the whole service from start to finish was excellent. Very happy with the installation and would definitely recommend.

Air con fitted. Kept us informed throughout process and very clean and tidy work. Would recommend cool runnings to other customers!

I have had an Aircon Unit installed in my Summerhouse. From my initial contact with Steve, I have been impressed with his professional response. He answered my texts immediately and was available for a telephone call to discuss what I was looking for and what would be suitable for my needs. On the day of installation, he arrived with a colleague and electrician and the work was completed within the timescale he said and they were very respectful and professional explaining the process. They worked efficiently and cleaned up and removed all the packaging before they left. I would highly recommend Steve and his team and would definitely use his service again.

2 air con units fitted with excellent service from quote to installation.
Tidy and courteous workers.
Units have made a huge difference to our quality of life especially in the heatwaves.

We had a totally first class service from start to finish! Cool Runnings were a pleasure to deal with—professional, efficient, and outstanding in every way. Steve runs a fantastic small team, and it is truly his expertise and work ethic that sets them apart. Highly recommended, thank you!

Cool Runnings supplied and fitted a Mitsubishi split air conditioning system for my bedroom. Very happy with the system and its installation. Cool Runnings is an excellent company that I would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Steve was a real legend from initial contact to installing it. Even moving dates forward and finding stock in this shortage !

On install date stave and his team arrived promptly and were amazing. The install was super clean. Super quick and placed exactly where we wanted.

The price was competitive but the service was superior.

Add to that he is a really nice guy. Super helpful and friendly.

100 percent recommend.

Cool runnings were great - I received a very high standard of service. I was able to obtain what I asked for in relation to my air con. Steve was very friendly & reliable and cares about doing a really good job. I would highly recommend.

Steve did a fantastic job from start to finish, price was spot on and he discussed a few options regarding the install that was helpful. No hard sells, totally trust worthy chap. Kept me up to date due to potential delays but arrived and installed on the date promised. Highly recommend.

Excellent work and very professional service. Would recommend the company to anyone. Thanks.

Given the hotter summers we now seem to be getting, I thought it would be a good idea to investigate having air conditioning installed in my newly purchased bungalow.

I contacted Steve and he was quick to come over to explain the options, offering a couple of costed solutions.

On installation day, Steve arrived at the agreed time and worked tidily and efficiently to install the units at the agreed positions in the bedroom and lounge; plus the associated unit outside.

So far I've not used the units that much (apart from testing them) though no doubt there'll be a heatwave just around the corner!

Excellent service from start to finish. Quick to quote, carried out an excellent installation, and left everything clean and tidy. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process very easy.

The air conditioning has been a complete game changer for our home. Our bedrooms are in a converted roof space and used to get unbearably hot in summer. We can’t believe the difference it has made. Highly recommend!
