We were looking for a couple of ac units for our home. Steve was very responsive and his quote was the best price we received. We arranged a home visit so he could check out any complications ahead of the install and he provided a lot of welcome advice and a variety of options. He presented us with 3 clearly laid out quotes and estimates which made it easy to choose.
On the installation days, he worked quickly and efficiently, completing the work faster than expected. He also took some extra time to put down a good foundation for the outside units to give them a level base which we really appreciated. We are very happy with the result and will definitely be going back to Cool Runnings if we need any further units

After reading all of the 5 star reviews, I wondered whether any aircon installation experience could be 'that' good. In short, it was, and some! The choice of units and advice given was excellent, the work carried out was immaculate too, and then there's Steve himself... To say he is such a great guy is an understatement. Knowledgeable, super polite, accommodating, responsive and a pleasure to have at our home. We can and will recommend him far and wide.

We recently had air conditioning installed and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation through to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

Steve was punctual, polite, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process, answer all our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with everything before starting. The installation itself was carried out to a really high standard, with great attention to detail and minimal disruption to our home.

What really stood out was how clean and tidy he left everything afterwards, it honestly looked like he’d never even been there, apart from the brilliant new system! The air con works perfectly and has made such a difference already.

We had air conditioning installed in the lounge, primarily for the heating side of it for a newborn. However, so pleased with both the heating and cooling. I suffer from sleep apnea and decided to buy an AC unit to keep my room the same temp during the night..Since installation a week ago I have seen a remarkable improvement. Ive bought a humidifier too but 20c on cool seems to be ideal. Think it makes the room about 17c. Having a half decent sleep makes such a difference to your mood and functionality. Very pleased. Also chuffed we paid a bit extra for the premium given the app addition and extra quiet mode.
Remote is unnecessarily complicated so I found using the app was easier. Also meant I could cool the room from downstairs before bed.

I just had Steve install a Mitsubishi SRK25ZS wf, what a great product. Steve was very helpful from our first meeting and helped work out what system was best for my individual needs. The unit has WiFi which is fantastic as it can now be operated from my mobile smartphone, and even better, I can control it with Alexa. The unit is very energy efficient and is so quick at cooling the bedroom. I was surprised by how quiet the wall unit is as well as the outside unit. When Steve fitted the unit, he did so in a very professional manner and always kept his workspace clean and tidy. Over all I am very pleased with the installation and the cost to provide and fit the unit. I would highly recommend Steve to undertake an air-con installation in your home or business
