New HP laptop screen. Very approachable and eager to be a good time, which they certainly appear to be, and friendly fast, quality and efficient service.

Pull SD card and fully reset and update to latest OS The work was carried out in the time given and I received a call to inform me the device was ready.
I have had two minor problems fixed with no charge mode. The staff are happy to spend time and explain. They are polite and cheerful.

Norwich computers have done an amazing job in basically rebuilding my laptop. I have now got a 'new' laptop for less than £100.
Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful and I was kept informed of what needed doing and the cost of the work.

Rescue external hard drive circuit board from faulty case- put in new case. They were friendly, worked efficiently and only charged for the part, not the labour.

Clearing off old incomplete program and replacing with new software As usual- Friendly service, prompt, expert and reasonable prices.

We have used Norwich computers several times for work related to our laptop. We have also ring for advice over the phone. We have always found the staff welcoming, friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable.

I visited the computer ship to ask for some help as we had lost a couple of things on our computer.
The nice young man found the two items again and also put as back on tracks.
He was very helpful.

Replace 2 fans Chris the owner is very helpful and is more than happy to give advise. The work was done promptly and my laptop came back in perfect condition.

Connecting new printer and various niggles with my computer and provision of a set of speaker. I received knowledgeable but very clear guidance as the choice of my new P.C. This was delivered in a friendly manner but professionally allowing me to not be overwhelmed by the information on something I have limited knowledge.
Connecting my new printer was executed speedily and confidentially despite the process being complex.
My various question concerning my P.C were answered clearly and respectful.
Both Chris and Andy are very knowledgeable but with a friendly manner they explain the complexities of the computer world.
So that it is easier to understand.

Replace laptop 17" screen and repair non-working keyboard. Excellent standard of work and personal service- much more so than with 'corporate' organisations/companies, with whom the customer service is (I have found)less personal, less customer focused Claris and Andy at computer service Norwich Ltd. Care about what they do and therefore I trust them!

Nexus 7 repair(charger socket and check charger cable). Extremely competent service, friendly, helpful and prompt repair service. Very pleased, would definitely recommend.

Complete overhaul of computer including parts. Excellent service from start to finish for computer repair.

Work on updating the computer I purchased from the company a year or so ago. The staff are always very helpful and understanding and they do the work in the time agreed.
