I have recently hired a cleaner/home help from Clarick. I am 85 years old and now need the extra help. The customer service has been great and very reassuring. They found me a suitable cleaner very quickly, on the day and time I wanted. She is very good, professional and friendly too. I am very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services. Clarick Cleaning have been supplying us with a cleaner for a number of years, and always give outstanding performance and amazing reliability.

Clarick Cleaning has provided domestic cleaning services in my home on a fortnightly basis for many years. The service is efficient and safe and the provision of the same person to clean ensures continuity, good communication and a high degree of empathy and care for the home owner and the property. Great care is also taken to offer temporary replacement cleaning help when unavoidable staff absences do occur. I am totally satisfied with the service provided by Clarick Cleaning.

Cleaning. Shanice is always really friendly and reliable and the house always looks brilliant when I come home.
She is also really open to suggestion.

Cleaning our house all through dust, vac, polish etc. Jacque is always on time and friendly.
She manages to do all the work in the allotted 3 hour slot.

Usual housework duties such as dusting, vacuuming, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. As this is the first time we have had a cleaner.
We find her very professional in her work.

Our cleaner comes once a week to clean a 3 bed house. This includes dusting, floors, washing up if needed, bathrooms and ensuring all surfaces are clean. Helpful, friendly, trustworthy.

Fortnightly domestic cleaning. Jackie is thorough and very nice to have around. she is flexible and helpful. Nice to chat with over a cuppa too!

House cleaning and tidying. Jackie is always very thorough and professional. She cleans our house in the time allocated always to a high standard. She is also very personable and interacts well with my elderly father and brother. We would recommend her services to anyone.

Home cleaning. Very well satisfied with all aspects of the service and our dedicated cleaner, Mrs Jayne Jennis, who is a very professional cleaner and very friendly and trustworthy.

Fortnightly domestic cleaning. Very happy with the service provided, Anna does a good job and I have recommended her and Clarick cleaning to friends.

Very good service from Janine. Always punctual, friendly and works well.

Light housework. Clnita is a very likable girl and will follow all orders. She is always on time and our weekly 2-hour session is an much sociable as helpful.

House cleaning. Free for 2 hours.

Cleaning Ann is always very friendly and professional with staff and our costumers.
She carries all her duties really well.

Leaking floors in kitchen conservatory, porch and extension all 3 toilets, bathroom(one in upstairs, one in conservatory, one in extension). Hoovering where necessary in hour balls & staircase. She works quickly & efficiently always. The one who now works for us once a week for 2 hours is Anita.
The other 2 do not now work for us or the first but did at the beginning when we first had help from:- Tina Allen & Rebecca Vass.

General house cleaning and ironing 3 hrs per week. Shanice continues to do an excellent job, so much so that I always look forward to coming home on a Thursday as she house is all clean and tidy.

Help with cleaning, ironing, changing beds, hoovering steaming floors, general help. I am very pleased with service, Nikki is a wonderful lady, and I could not manage without her. Polite, helpful and friendly.

Regular domestic cleaning service From the initial phone call when I placed an enquiry, to the end of my contract, each contact with Clarick has been politely and professionally handled. The cleaners provided have exceeded expectation. They have been punctual, well presented, eager and cheerful in their work. The standard of work executed has been of a high standard, and no request has been too much trouble. I highly recommend Clarick and their cleaners. An outstanding service in return for a very reasonable cost.

General house work. I’m very happy with all the arrangement!

Weekly cleaning. We have found Clarick Cleaning to be a very good company and they have provided us with an excellent cleaner. Amber is a real “treasure” pleasant & hard working & willing to undertake jobs. We cannot manage. She is most reliable and punctual & we feel lucky to have her.

3 hour house clean. Kitchen, bathrooms, cloakroom. All main living areas. Very pleased with service and quality of work. Very happy to have Ann coming in and out of our home.

Domestic cleaning. Their cleaning staff are very good but admin charge a little on the high side.

Fortnightly clean of 3 hrs – 4 bed house. On the whole the work is fine but I do find the split payment system inconvenient of annoying to remember. I don’t know of any other company that does it this way.

House work Liz is very friendly yet professional & workhard. She is conscientious and able to see things that need doing. I would highly recommend her!

Weekly clean chair, to cleaner Always very good & professional. Always get alternative cleaner if Amber is off sick.

Housework We are more than satisfied with the work done by Elizabeth Edward. She is very efficient and very friendly.

House work. Our first cleaner was very un-reliable. The second - “Liz Edwards” has been wonderful. The scoring will be made against Liz, not our 1st cleaner having only spoken once to the business I have nothing to say about them. Liz Edwards however has scored them.

Domestic Cleaning Service I have always received an excellent service and would not hesitate to use Clarick again in the future.

Weekly cleaning of large family home. Does not include bedrooms Clare''s team are punctual and reliable. I like the fact that you get the same cleaner each week and if she is unable to come Clare organises a replacement straight away.

Clare herself is very easy to talk to and keen to keep her clients happy.

House cleaning Brilliant personalised service. Decided I needed some extra help after the birth of my baby. Initially I had a home visit to discuss my needs and explain the various tasks the company could carry out, I found this really helpful. Nicki was professional and friendly and explained the service very well.

The service provided was fantastic, punctual, friendly and really thorough. I immediately upped my booking from fortnightly to weekly! It has made my life much easier!
