Business Information
City Tree & Hedge was founded in 2019, with the aim of offering a quality-led tree and hedge service in the area.
We take on any and all types of tree work, hedge work, and stump removal.
We can also handle TPO or conservation area applications.
We are happy to take on commercial work. Some of our past commercial projects include:
Site clearance for a large surveying company
Regular maintenance work for a housing association
Vegetation clearance along footpaths for a large hotel chain

Eliot and his crew trimmed down a very high and wide hedge over 3 days, lots of work! They did such a good job, I am very impressed. Everything cleared away and left the garden tidy. Eliot was wonderful and very knowledgeable; he explained what they were doing and why, and is such a nice man. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We had City Tree and Hedge come and cut back several trees in our back garden, and tidy up a load of bushes at the same time. Arranging a quote and booking in was easy, and the work done is great - also left the garden really tidy at the end. Felt like a good price for the two-man job and definitely a service we'll recommend to others

Elliot and his co-workers reduced the height of a tree just outside a wall. They had to go onto the road for part of the work. I was consulted at all times. After that work was done, Elliot pointed out a dead tree near the trimmed one, and one that needed reducing. He offered to do this with no extra charge. He and the others cleared up after the work and ensured that no mess was left anywhere.

Very impressed with cutting and pruning two very old Apple trees and one pear tree. After calling City & Hedge, they were very prompt in surveying work reqd offering knowledgable advise on best way to proceed.

We found Elliot Fullerton and Toby friendly, polite, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with, making sure that the work was completed to our satisfaction before departure. Would therefore have no hesitation in useing their service again.

Used City Tree & Hedge to cut down and trim several trees overhanging neighbours and blocking light into garden. Elliot came and surveyed job giving a quotation within a couple of days. Arranged date for work to be carried out. Elliot confirmed day before and arrived when agreed. The work was carried out to a high standard with due regard for safety and property. Elliot and his team checked during the job to ensure it was as we wanted and cleared up when finished taking all the cutting away with them. Elliot came across as very knowledgeable and gave advice on the remaining trees. Overall very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use them again.

Really happy with the work Elliot did for us. We have a large, tall hedge and Elliot reshaped and reduced it for us.

The work was carried out expertly and efficiently trees, pruned and hedges cut, everything was done as l requested. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending City Tree and Hedge and look forward to them returning to do further work in my garden in the new year.

We needed a hedge and large Bush removed so contacted Elliot who promptly came and surveyed for the work. He emailed over the breakdown of the cost and we mutually decided on a convenient date for the work to be done. He was very tidy and courteous while working and offered us advice as to replanting the space and also recommended a company for stump removal. I would happily have Elliot back to do any further work in the future. Top man ,top job.

Cutting back and trimming large and small shrubs and hedge. City Tree & Hedge responded quickly to my inquiry about garden work, made an appointment to see work required and gave a completion date, which was kept. Elliot and Gordon were friendly and polite making sure that the work was completed to my satisfaction. Cleared up all cuttings and leaves before departure so I was very pleased with their work. I have no hesitation about recommending City Tree & Hedge.

Elliot was recommended to me by my sister. He & his colleague trimmed about a dozen very tall conifers overhanging my garden & garage & a few mixed trees that were causing problems with my broadband by resting on the wire. Elliot answered my query very promptly, arranged a time to visit & gave an immediate verbal quote, followed by a written quote. The work took 3 days to complete & my drive & garden were left clean & tidy. They were a pleasure to deal with & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing work by the team, turned up on time, there was clarity in pricing and the work was executed as planned and agreed. I had a tree removed and another large tree shaped perfectly. City Tree & Hedge undertook trimming work on out shrubs and bushes together with the complete removal of an overgrown leylandii as requested. Elliot and his colleague were very polite and respectful of our property and cleared up thoroughly afterwards.

I had the pleasure of meeting Elliot just before the summer. He done an excellent job cutting and pruning the hedges which was 4 large hedges in total. Was a very neat job and also left my property immaculate. He done such a great job that I have rebooked him for a second cut. Highly recommend Elliot due to his knowledge, cleanliness and very reasonable pricing.
