I have over thirty five years experience in the gas and heating industry, and I have been fortunate enough to have been comprehensively trained, and to hone my skills whilst working for a leading gas supplier, and a major boiler manufacturer.
During this time, I have observed a considerable shift in the attitude of many companies from prioritising customer satisfaction, to solely focusing on business profits. I believe that these customers are also aware of this and would prefer an honest approach, and a considered boiler or heating repair (only replacing necessary parts), rather than the hard sell of a replacement appliance. This is where I hope to excel and by doing so retain a satisfied group of loyal patrons.

We've just had our complete boiler system replaced by boiler champ.
Right from the first meeting to look at the work we were impressed by the professionalism and knowledge expressed by Tel, all in a clear and understandable way.
Being competitively priced and carrying out such a high standard of work is hard to find... we've been very impressed, we'll be using boiler champ again for other projects and will recommend to all from now on.

Boiler Champ provided a fantastic professional job from quote to completion.
We required a change of system from gravity fed to a combi. It called for removal of obsolete pipework, cylinder and water tanks.
The house was left spotlessly clean.

My boiler broke down found the boiler champs phone number online. Gave him a call and explained the situation. Within 2 hours Tel and his team had it up and running again. Great communication friendly service couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks again boiler champ

We had an amazing experience with Tel who fitted a brand new combination boiler and all new pipework. He is reliable, reasonable and the quality of workmanship carried out is second to none. Thank you!

Tel has done our boiler service for the past 2 years, Always turned up when he said he would, got on with job without delay, had the parts we needed on the van, Tel is friendly and never leaves a mess. Would highly recommend.

Boiler Champ replaced our boiler in November 2023. The whole experience was excellent, from the initial consultation visit through to the install and after sales support. At the initial consultation we discussed the various options and their pros and cons and Tel guided us toward the most appropriate solution for us. The installation is very neat and a big upgrade on the previous system which has saved us money on gas bills in the short term and given us scope to innovate with other heat sources such as renewables in the future. Boiler Champ checked in with us regularly following the installation to make sure it was working as we hoped, which of course it was. Highly recommended.

Tel came and fitted a boiler for me and I cant recommend him enough. Communication from start to finish was superb, work was carried out to a high standard and he went above and beyond even try to get the old boiler working temporarily when coming round to quote for the job!
