BBH provided excellent customer care - prompt response to queries, personal visit and easy to understand paperwork. The guys who fitted the new doors were very courteous and personable and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend.

We have had all our windows (7) , external doors (7) (inc. 3 patio doors), and some external cladding replaced.
We have been very happy with both the quality of the fittings and by the service received from all concerned at BBH; Graham (the estimator), Steve (the surveyor), and Mark & Kevin (the fitters).
From start to finish, (a period of 8 weeks from our initial visit to the companies office/showroom) we have been impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the team.
Mark & Kevin were always helpful and took all the issues that arose following the removals in their stride and without complaint, despite some horrible weather on one day.

I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship of BBH Home Improvements when they replaced my conservatory roof this week. The men were very prompt and reliable, kindly and friendly. We have used BBH Limited twice to replace all of our windows. There is no pressure sales from them. They give a very competitive price and leave you to decide if it's ok. The fitters do a very good job, are friendly and clean up well before leaving. We highly recommend the company.

Extremely happy with the workmanship. The lads worked in awful weather and the day the roof should have come off was so dreadful they had to abandon the work. The next day was fine and they worked right through with minimal lunch break and by the end of the week had caught up. They left the whole area so clean and tidy you wouldn't have known they had been, if it wasn't for a lovely new roof. Plasterer and electrician also first class.
