I had eight windows and one door replaced by BBH and from the beginning, I was impressed by this firm. Rather than being subjected to hours of pressurizing waffle and silly stunts (fake 'discounts', fake phone calls to 'the boss' etc.) from salesmen, one of the directors of the firm came out, took approximate measurements and then let me have a quotation before sending someone else out to do more precise measurements once the quote had been accepted. I did visit the showroom beforehand, and got the impression of a workmanlike and genuine firm that were not interested in overcharging and so on, but in doing a good job. They answered all my questions fully.

The team who came out to do the fitting (Kevin and Eddie) were also professional and thorough: I was asked at the end of one day's fitting whether I could look for anything that needed sorting out - I didn't find anything and the extra that I asked them to do (covering up some old sealer with new so that the white matched), they did without cavil. My property was respected and everything was done with care, even extending to looking out for the robins that had chicks in a nest next to one of the windows! The place was left clean every evening and I am very happy with the result - the house is warmer and quieter.

There was a delay in the scheduling but at every stage, I was promptly contacted and everything explained. I felt fully supported by the management, which was excellent.

I have already recommended this firm to two others, and I am probably going to use them again to replace the front door.

Mr family is very pleased with everything BBH has undertaken for us - a good survey, fair quote and top workmanship. They had to install two windows in my wife's bedroom where she remains long time bed bound. We were so glad at how considerate everyone was towards her.

BBH installed all doors and windows in our extension 20 years ago. No problem. We recently had a problem with the door, totally unrelated to BBH's workmanship. BBH have now replaced it for us. BBH turn up as planned - never had any problems with them. Can't ask for more.
