We’re BBH Limited, a Norwich based business who have been trading for over 30 years. We supply and install Aluminium and PVC-U windows, doors and conservatories. We’re determined to make Britain’s homes better places to live in. We use superb quality components, advanced production techniques and expert fitters to deliver what homeowners want: secure, weatherproof and stylish homes that are energy-efficient and easy to maintain.
BBH supply to both consumers and to the trade. We offer a full range of products and options to suit all types of property and all sizes of project. We always put your needs first. Since our earliest days, our business growth has been driven by recommendations from satisfied customers.

1. Prompt and courteous visits for each aspect to gain clear information of the problems to be solved by the BBH team.
2. Kept to an estimated timescale for work to begin.
3. Kept to daily work times as the work took place - always with clean notification of pre preparation to be undertaken by householder in order to also assist workmen.
4. Tidy, clean and caring work completed within time estimated.
5. All clearing away, including the scaffolding, straight away.
6. Pleasant and polite personnel for each stage.

Complete replacement of all windows and 1 external door carried out by 2 employees over 5 working days. Lead employee very experienced and did an excellent job. His colleague was inexperienced and somewhat ham fisted. Overall product was very good and well fitted but there was a fair bit of consequential damage to interior tiles and decoration which will involve considerable cost to repair.
