Ever since moving into our barn conversion 6 years ago, we have had issues with the plumbing and underfloor heating. Many had tried to find permanent solutions to the problems. None had fully succeeded. Just when we thought it was fixed, it would stop working again - usually at the coldest time of the year!

That was until Kostas and his team got involved. Having done a 'roots and branch' review of the system, he ordered a few parts that others hadn't identified needed replacing. This winter has been the first in 6 that we've had a toasty house with the heating working in all parts of the building.

Of the dozen or so plumbers I've used in the last 20 years, these, though not the cheapest, were undoubtedly the best - infact they were perfect. Kostas combines calmness with intelligence to solve baffling plumbing issues. His friendly politeness is a bonus. He worked a 15 hour day to leave us with a properly functioning system.

We cannot praise this company enough. They attended promptly and quoted accurately. They explained all the work required and provided helpful advice about what was possible. At every stage we felt involved and communication was very regular and helpful.
The quality of the work was excellent and extremely neat and tidy. They also undertook several additional pieces of work simply to make the project look better at the finish without additional charge. Nothing was too much trouble.
Their philosophy is to treat your home as it was their own. As such they took particular care not to damage any of the building fabric or furnishings. Every care was taken to look after our property and belongings.
They cleaned up after their work particularly well, got the windows washed and the paths outside cleaned as well.
Every effort was made to please us and they certainly did that. We are delighted and would thoroughly recommend Art Renewables.
