Replacement waste pop up plug and tap installation which on the whole should have been a fairly simple job time wise. However Matthew found when removing the original unit (installed by ano) that there was no pipe connection from sink overflow all resulting in additional work. Matthew kept me fully updated and undertook a full replacement in a very timely manner. The tap replacement turned out to be the easier part of overall job! Very professional in approach and work undertaken and would certainly both recommend and use again. Clean up at end of job was also very thorough.

Just new mixer kitchen taps & radiator thermostats loosened or replaced.I was very impressed with the initial response to my request. A telephone call followed by a home visit.Advice on products given & a speedy quote.There was a slight delay on sourcing the taps but I was kept informed & the work was completed at the first place opportunity.I would definitely recommend this business to other people.

Fixed a broken toilet cistern valve and did a fantastic job- was the only plumber out of 8 contacted who responded and was willing to look at the problem.
Initial callout was brilliant- diagnosed issue (my property is very old and plumbing is awkward to get to), advised a solution and sent quote the next day- then came and fitted a new valve and flush mechanism. Excellent quality work, very friendly and polite, superb value for money and was clean, quick and efficient. Will definitely use again.

Matthew is a diligent and experienced plumber. From diagnosing our problem to fixing it took only days. He is a clean and attentive professional, always explains what the issue is/was and informs you of his proposed action to fix. It is difficult to find a reliable plumber and I now use Matthew from Aquanique Plumbing as my preferred plumber for planned and emergency work.
