Attend Damel John Coourt as call out. Tested socket due to water leak. Test reported OK. I am a regular customer of Anglia Safety and Electrical Testing Ltd. In this case(a minor safety check in a tenanted property) I did not ask for a quote or details of charges, knowing the charges from other work and also knowing that they would treat me fairly. No guarantee was needed for this job.

To attend call out.
Completely testing and found cooker to be faulty.
Disconnected cooker and left cables safe in junction box. I am quite satisfied with the service provided by the company.

Trace fault to light in store. Supply and fit new light.
Look at RCD cover and connect block. Supply and fit RCD enclosure and 100 amp terminal block. Look at 1G and 2G sockets. Supply and fit new 1G & 2G switched socket.
Look at fault on storage heater in toilet. Supply and fit new element and new limit. Test and leave working. Very helpful.

Disconnect new hob and fit new hob. Very professional on telephone, quoted price and was able to carry out work within 2 days of initial enquiry. Gentleman arrived on time and completed job within 30 mins, very tidy. Would definitely use again and recommend.

To supply new rotary motor and labone to repair electric fire and test. To get the flame effect working was a problem but few persistence "did the trick".

1. To supply new small distribution board complete with RCD protection to run new cable for heat pump and immersion heater. Other installations and disconnections.

2. To supply and install new additional distribution board complete with twin RCDs units 4 MCBs and full overload protection.
The work was undertaken very professionally by Gary Hughes in particular but his two colleagues were also very good leading to a neat and tidy job.

Installation of new switchboard to replace fuse box. We were very pleased with the way Jones carried out the work. He was efficient and considerate at the work, time and dealt with few issues that arose with great competence.
