A 6 year old thermal store cylinder which was located in my kitchen, failed and flooded the kitchen and dining room. I contacted Allstar Systems and William came round that same evening to discuss options. I now have an efficient unvented hot water system along side a fully pumped sealed s-plan heating with the cylinder relocated next to the boiler. New pipe work was required due to the cylinder relocation. The installation was dealt with promptly and efficiently with very little disruption due to the new pipe work. I was kept fully informed of the changes and am extremely pleased with the result.

He even tried to restart old boilers.

They worked from 8-6 to replace and upgrade gas supply.
Will made the installation more difficult for himself by protecting the existing tiling and boxing.
Most would have ripped out!

William and his team worked much of the day and evening to fit a rear boiler and cylinder. William and his team were a pleasure to have in the house. William passion to do the best job possible was clear. They communicated clearly what was needed and have done a fantastic job.

William at Allstar Systems helps us at short notice when our boiler replaced in and needed replacing, despite it clearly being a very busy time of year. We were happy with the service provided and very grateful for the effort that when into fitting us in at such short notice.

William and his team arrived on time and immediately got on with the job which was to replace an existing boiler in kitchen with a new combine boiler in the loft. Job took the two days specified. Unfortunately a leak developed under the kitchen floor, no fault of William, that was repaired as soon as they could coming especially on a Saturday morning to do so.

Very pleased, same boiler as quoted with British gas similar price but with 10 year parks and labour guarantee, (instead of a flimsy 5 year warranty) was very helpful and waited for hours in the cold for British gas to come and sort out a supply problem. Always responds to calls, texts and emails very professional.

Replacement of oil fired combi boiler. Initial quote detailed as to work to be carried out and priced reasonable. Installation completed by Will and his team in friendly, efficient manner with thorough explanation of work at all stages. Excellent communication and responds quickly to email and phone call. I am really pleased with the job that William carried out in my property. He was polite and clean when working with an attention to detail. Will replaced all of my radiator in my house as advise and increased the size of my boiler. He also installed a new hot water and installed a shower pump to increase pressure to showers and bath. I would use Allstar System again and recommend to others.

Installing new boiler, removing old boiler, installing new boiler in new position upstairs Power flush extending pipe work. Will off Allstar Systems did a quick and excellent job. We discussed options around the old faulty boiler, decided to replace, but also worked out cause of the initial fault and improved pipe work etc. Will is a great worker.
