I had problems with my combi boiler. The service I received was exceptional. Tailored to my needs, everything explained and they were very accessible, visited within 24 hrs when I was without heating or hot water. I ended up needing a new boiler and they provided me with lots of information and advice and various quotes. Top class service by friendly helpful staff who won't rip you off.

I used Marshall Gas as an emergency call out to my tenants that were struggling to find a gas engineer. They were very quick at responding, worked out the issue very quickly and gave us the different options to the issue as it was still under warranty with the manufacturer so advised us that this would be the best route and more cost effective for us.
The tenant told me how impressed he was with the service and how nice Tex was and that he explained everything to him very well too.
