Alex recently completed a full 6-bed HMO conversion for me and my partner, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

From day one, he proved himself to be completely trustworthy and reliable, something that’s absolutely priceless when you’re handing over a project of this scale. In fact, we’re already working with him again, which probably says more than anything else we could write.

Communication was spot on throughout. Alex is always easy to get hold of, quick to respond, and keeps everything moving without you having to chase. As we’re not local to the area, this made a huge difference, he regularly went out of his way to help us with things outside of his direct scope, which took a lot of pressure off our shoulders.

What really stood out was how he handled challenges. As with any renovation, unexpected issues came up, but Alex never just brought problems, he came with solutions. He’d clearly think things through and present us with options, so we could make informed decisions quickly and keep the project on track. That’s exactly what you want in a builder.

Overall, a genuinely great guy to work with and a high standard of work delivered. We’d have no hesitation recommending Alex to anyone looking for a builder they can trust.

Instructing a builder is daunting task but if you have hired Alex for your build then you really can relax in the knowledge he is producing work to a very high standard and he has the customers best interests in hand. His attention to detail is superb and he will always come up with a solution to any problem he is faced with! He also offered design solutions when required. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
