I began purchasing goods from this company about 2 years ago when I was unable to get out and about due to leg problems. All staff, whether on the order line or delivery are excellent as are the products bought, so ratings are even higher than listed!

My husband and I, both a bit deaf, were sitting outside enjoying the weather.
When we came indoors our frozen food had been delivered and in the freezer, thank you.

Highly recommend Oakhouse Foods, they are easy to contact, have actual physical brochures displaying their meals, as well as a website. Having a physical brochure makes a huge difference as I order meals for an elderly family member. They always answer the phone in a cheery manner, are friendly and helpful. Unless on holiday, they always ensure the same delivery driver for familiarity and comfort for the recipient. We have been using this company for in excess of a year now and am happy to highly recommend them and am grateful for all that they continue to do. Always a friendly person on delivery and on the end of the telephone. Caters for all tastes and sizes of meals ordered. The firm is adaptable for all requests.

I am almost 90 and live alone. I have always enjoyed cooking but now I have not the energy or strength and that led me to start using various ready meals. I eventually came to Oakhouse. The meals are frozen and delivered and stored in the freezer till needed. The contents are of good quality and the portions are just right for me. The delivery staff are very pleasant and cheerful which is really nice.

This trader has treated us over the last few years, has been able to check when I have not ordered correctly or let me know if it is not in stock and rings me up to change. Thanks.

All staff always very pleasant on phone and the delivery man. I cannot cook these days as I am 91 with health problems, but keep going!

The delivery drivers are very good. They will come and put everything away for you. If you require it they are very friendly, very cheerful and very reliable The firm are very good, if by chance you forget to put your order in they will ring you up and ask you if you want anything. I would Recommend them to anybody. The food is very delicious and There is a very good choice to choose from.

Wonderful service every thing you could want the best service you could get and we are grateful many thanks. The menu's are wonderful. Pat on the back for chefs. For the complete books. Frozen meals and Groches. The service is "First class". All the staff (including telephone and drives) Are caring - helpful and make you feel a good customer and there to be helpful and advise you.

Its a wonderful service always there to help. The service is amazing very happy with the service, the meals are outstanding like going out for drink taste and look great always bringing out new meals which is great.

Frozen meals twice monthly, good service and selection. We then only heat the meals and add our own vegetables or sides and puddings. Very good, excellent driver who puts our order into our garage freezer each time. He is also aware of our disabilities and will always help where necessary.

Meals to your door if you cant do them yourself or cant get out. The service for food is good. Some of the meals with Mashed potato could do with a bit more in, you only get about 3 spoons full. I don't like the ___ otherwise meals are good.

At 90 yrs old it is very good to have it all put away so nicely, a cheerful man, always making sure the food is put away in place that I get to.

I have made a few mistakes made lately and your man has soon corrected it and explained where I had gone wrong. Thank you for such lovely service all trained so well. As for the food cant fault it. I am a diabetic and I always find something to eat, good quality too and choice.

I tell everyone I wouldn't go back to the Wiltshire one again, 11 months was long enough.

Some of the meals I do not think are value for money, lack of vegs.
Also peas and carrots are very hard, fish dishes, some of them very low fish content, sometimes its hard to find the fish. On the whole I do benefit greatly, by having the meals.

My husband has to have pureed meals and oak house foods provide frozen pureed meals.
They are delivered weekly at the same day and time so efficiently and reliability. I ping up with my order usually on the Thursday and the delivery comes on the Monday.
We are extremely pleased with the service we receive, It makes so much difference to us both.

Main meals do disappointment at times beef usually very tough and tasteless, fruity curry.
Rice should be moistened before microwave and curry even tho mild should taste of curry.
