We had a WC blockage, which we’d tried to resolve ourselves during the week. Realising we could not resolve, we found Norwich Drain Services details in the trusted trader directory. Paul came out within 1hr of the call; he identified the issue, which was a large amount of limescale blocking the cast iron soil stack, keeping us informed throughout the job.

Paul was reliable, knowledgeable, professional & respectful towards our property, as well as a lovely guy. For a weekend call out as well, I was very happy with the final cost. We will definitely use him for all future drainage jobs & also recommend him to everyone I know!

He responded to my voicemails within 90 minutes, came round after finishing a job, identified the problem (a blocked drain under the sink) and fixed it. His charges were reasonable and I found him helpful and efficient throughout the process. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone, and to use him again if needed.

I had blocked drains that caused the shower to overflow and flood the bathroom. Paul lifted the manhole cover and was able to clear the blockage. They worked well and got it all sorted out for me and arrived when they said including ringing when they were on the way. It was a good experience from start to finish.

Conduct a CCTV drain survey on a property we are buying. NDS conducted the CCTV survey and confirmed the condition of the drains. They also located all the missing or buried inspection chambers and jetted out some silt and sludge in one of the drains. There work was quick, professional and reasonably priced. I am very happy with service I received and would not hesitate to use NDS again. Other professionals on site at the time were also impressed by the service provided to us by NDS.

Unblocking a couple of outside drains from kitchen sink and from washing machine. I was really happy with the service from this firm because he came very quickly, fitting me in between other jobs, because he could tell it was urgent. He was very pleasant and helpful, and I think the charge was reasonable, especially in the circumstances.

To try and unblock the pipe loading to the soak away. The guy turn up on time was friendly and explained and showed me what he was doing and what the problem was. He cleared the pipe and gave some ideas on how to stop it happening again. Very pleased with the service.

I asked NDS to clear an old drain. Due to the age (pre-war) it was more complicated than the modern equivalent. NDS did an excellent job, quickly and without a mess. They were great value and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
