Neil did an excellent job for us laying a concrete base. He responded promptly and when there was a delay, due to the weather, he kept me fully updated.

Exterior of house painted, roof repair, cracked floor tiles replacement and adjustment to height of internal door. I have used Neil's services three times in recent years. He always responds to contact, turns up when he says he will and gets the job done in a professional manner.

NT Property Maintenance have done many jobs for us over the last 15 months, including fitting 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, including all plumbing and drainage, erecting stud walls, hanging inside doors, outside driveway compliant with Road Transport Regulations and a patio.

Neil sourced a super outsized back gate for me & then fitted it ASAP...inc bolts etc.
He also repaired a damaged section of soffit & pruned some overgrown trees/shrubs. He is both professional & reliable. He has done things for me in the past & I have his number to hand for any/all maintenance tasks at my house. He always does a great job.

Neil and Tim did a great job in rescuing my garden. I have recently bought my property but the garden was very neglected. Neil and Tim did a fantastic job of reducing the overgrown shrubs and ivy and removed the old shed, then they erected a new rear fence and removed all the waste material.
I have plans to use NT Property Management again in the near future, and I have no hesitation in recommending them. They are a good team and were easy to work with.

Neil has now finished the complete renovation of our rear garden - from absolute scratch. This means a brilliant new patio, immaculate dwarf walls, elegant curbing and replacement of an awful mossy grassed area with a hard area of Scottish pebbles and a central feature to take a small tree. He is a delight to deal with, thoughtful, tidy, helpful and prompt with good ideas. As before, his charges have been totally reasonable. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. It was also clear to us that his expertise extends far beyond the works that he has done for us.

Laying of completely new garden patio and retaining wall.

Neil and his colleague James made a wonderful job of this, and in the New Year they are returning to carry out further works to our rear garden for us. They always turned up when they had said they would. On completion, they removed all waste materials and left the site extremely clean and tidy. We regarded their charges as very reasonable for what we received. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Take up existing slabs, dig out ground to correct level, put in place hardcore and compact, relay slabs plus a few more to extend area, sand and cement mix, lay block pavers to RHS of slabbed area. Excellent service from start to finish.

Installation of new fencing, including concrete posts and panels, and repairs to existing fence. Neil did a really nice job for me. He paid two visits to discuss the work needed, the second of these to advise me on extra repairs that needed doing - these came to light while I was clearing away IVY and shrubs ready for work to start. He kept to his schedule despite bad weather and muddy conditions and made a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

Brick up again, cement down new ridge tile. Work undertaken and completed very efficiently clean and competant.

Fitting 10 new fence panels and II concrete posts. Removal of old fences. Neil provided a professional and friendly service. He listened to our requirements and completed a best class job at value for money rates. We would definitely recommend him to others.

Removing two trees. Laying new patio area, erecting five new posts. Good job done. Completed on time, always cleared up any mess and nice chap to work with.

Rendering of a single storey outbuilding. Good level of service. Advised on work stages and progress. Checked for approval before bringing equipment and vehicles across the site. Finished job in agreed timescale.

Replacement of garden fence including gate. Neil was very professional throughout the work, his quality of work was very good and quality products were used to replace the damaged fencing.

Hard standing on driveway and to side of house. Painting ground floor of house. Punctual, neat, tidy, efficient, helpful, excellent standard of work.

Re-fitting roof. Excellent service, will be using again.

Clearing and laying 3 bases for shelf, altering 2 areas of driveway moving soil & laying shingle. Taking down 5 bar gate, moving posts, re-erecting gate & additional 3ft gate. Concreting new area around gates. Hard workers, carried out agreed works, well and to specification. Would recommend to others and would use again.

Fencing.

Development of an outbuilding which included an open bay cartshed which Neil and his colleague James converted into an internal space. Brilliant Neil and James went above and beyond the call of duty to assist in completing this project on duty and on time. They’re keenly priced, work to a high standard and delivered what was needed. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

Work needed to be done urgently & we were fitted in. Really pleased with the result.

They turned up on time & were very friendly and started work straight away. They did a professional job & we are very happy with the finished work.

Garden maintenance.

Laying slabs & shingle and providing all materials. Work very satisfactory and he cleaned up afterwards and disposed of any rubbish.

Demolish curved double step rebuild. Remove 2 frost damaged bricks and replace. Add tile trim to Brickwork below door.
The work was carried out to a good standard at a reasonable price which was agreed at the start. Everything met customer requirements and carried out at a time convenient to all parties.

I found Neil very polite and hardworking and was pleased with the standard of work and would be pleased to use him for other jobs I may have in the future.

Plastering ceiling & putting up couing. Work well done on time.

House maintenance and internal decorating. Extremely tidy worker, polite, punctual trustworthy, very through, obliging and helpful.

Replace fence posts, fencing out bushes, advice on general maintenance. I was totally satisfied with the work done. I feel that the price was reasonable and I was able to go out leaving them on the premises. I would use them again. They were helpful and give me advice.
