Having contacted the company on the trusted trader site, from the very start they were prompt in reverting back, and honest in what they could provide & achieve within the specified timescale.

We managed to get keys so the job could not just be priced up, but also to ascertain if it could be completed before carpets were being installed.

Michele was clear, accurate and honest about what could be achieved in the time scale, and critically to a standard that they expect would expect and we would be happy with.

We were always informed if there were any snags, issues or changes, and were aware that the hallway would likely not get completed, due to the amount of painting that was required due to a previous tenants severe smoking, and nicotine damage to walls/ceilings.

Karen went far and above what we would have ever expected,and Michele very kindly offered an additional day as well.

The result was that all four rooms were complete within the timescale, to the highest of specifications, the property was once again fresh, and when the carpets were laid, my parents were (and still are) over the moon, after living in a property where they couldn''t even open their windows for over five years.

Karen & Michele have been a pivotal part of the jigsaw puzzle in ensuring my parents move (at the age of 82 & 78) has been as smooth as possible and they absolutely love their new home.

Decoration of a recently plastered vaulted conservatory ceiling, requiring preparation and three coats. My wife and I were very impressed by the manner in which the task was carried out. The preparation was meticulous with the result that when the work was completed the room was left in an immaculate condition. The attention to detail meant that the quality of the finished product exceeded our expectations. They even returned the following day to inspect for themselves and to confirm that we were satisfied.

Damage to wall and shirting board caused by leaking hose attachment to washing machine. Karen explained well the work that needed to be done. She was on time, friendly and professional in her work. She left my kitchen very clean and tidy. I would definitely use her services again and would recommend her.

Ceramic tap washers needed sorting, both were dripping tried cleaning line scale but they continued dripping, so needed to replace them. Karen did some research to find my particular make of tap washers.
She went early next day to city to get washers replacements and came straight over at 8 am to do the fitting.
Before starting job Karen informed me she has an hourly rate now of $65.
Last time I used her was 2015 when she put new taps in bathroom.

Paint all wood work.
Kitchen units - Send to remove old warnish. Print all units and doors. We were looking to refurbish our dates tired kitchen, bringing it up to a modern appearance, economically but to a high standard; this involved, stripping and over painting existing units, full decor makeover of walls etc. Some plumping changes and the addition of an island / breakfast bar unit.

We now have a fully modern kitchen at a fraction of the cost of installing new units.

We are 100% satisfied with Karen's work and would recommend her every time, her attention to detail result in a perfect finish.

Unexplained blockage in domestic water supply. Cleared large airlock in system. Arrived within a few hours. Cheerful, polite and competent. Would certainly call them again.

Kitchen sink blockage, blockage was near to main outlet pipe. I got a call back night away to say when she would arrive and did so on time. Didn't waste time finding the blockage, She ended up working in rain, doing on awful job, which she managed to clear.
Many plumbers didn't even bather getting back to me. She saved my day!
